Excavation in foundation and trenches in all heights and depths and in all kinds of soil including saturated soils comprising of pick work, jumper work, pick jumper work, blasting work both in soft and hard rock, chiseling / wedging out of rock (Where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil setting out true to the required lines, grade, width, cutting and trimming of side slopes as shown in the drawing and if water is met within the excavation due to springs, seepage, rain and other causes it shall be removed by the suitable diversion pumping or bailing out and excavation shall be kept dry wherever so required by the contractor at his own cost as directed by the Engineer-in-charge and disposal of all surplus excavated soil in acquired width or at an approved dumping side including its stacking leveling dressing including all leads and lifts by head-load, mechanical transportation or by any other mode of transportation with all cost of labours, machineries and other incidentals to complete the work as per HPPWD specification. Any loss to the public and private property during the course of execution and disposal of unserviceable material shall be absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be compensated by him in all cases.

Providing and fixing 40 mm (forty millimetre) thick second class deodar wood wire gauge shutters using galvanised M.S. wire gauge of I.S. gauge designation 85 G(eighty five G) with wire of dia 0.56 mm (zero point five six millimetre) for doors, windows and clerestory windows as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals and including GST, all taxes imposed by the Govt.

Providing and laying vibro hydraulic compressed and polished precast terrazo tiles 20mm (twenty millimetre) thick (with marble chips of specified sizes) fixed on wall on 10mm thick cement plaster 1:3 (0ne cement isto three sand) jointed with cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles including rubbing and polshing complete mark No. IS-1237 with 70% (seventy percent) white and 30% (thirty percent) grey cement with marble chips ratio of 55% (fifty five percent) white and 15% (fifteen percent) each of green, yellow and maroon shade of specified sizes as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals and including GST, all taxes imposed by the Govt.
