SUPPLY & ERECTION OF WORK AS PER RESSPO NORMS.

Pole to Pole survey of complete line route for fixing the location of line support section pole angle support crossing support etc. above work to be done by the contractor before starting the line work.

Digging of pits of size 0.45x1.25x 1.85 mtr. for erection of S.T. Pole 9/11 mtr. long for making S/P,D/P,T/P, F/P, Xing HT/LT line and canal etc

Erection of single pole S.T.P. 11 mtr long at X rings.

Fabrication and erection of double pole of S.T.poles for riser (3x300sqmm XLPE cable) 9mtr. long.

Fabrication and erection of double pole of S.T.poles 11 mtr long.

Fabrication and erection of tripole of S.T.poles 11 mtr long.

Fabrication and erection of four-pole of S.T.poles 11 mtr long.

Mounting and fitting of V-type cross arm, 33 KV pin, pin insulator, earth clamp complete in all respect as per drawing of RESPO on single PCC pole 9 mtr long and single S.T. pole 11 mtr long. Cross arm, Pin, Pin insutator provoided by department and cross arm cramp, Danger board with clamp shall be provided by contactor. (As per respo specifications.)

Fabrication, mounting and fitting of top channel, bracing made of m.s. angle, earth clamp, 33 KV pin & pin insulators, disc insulator and disc fitting on P.C.C. and S.T.P. double pole. Top channel bracing M.S. angle, 33 KV pin and pin Insulator. Disc Insulator and disc fitting provided by Department and Earth clamp, stay clamp, top channel clamp, bracing clamp, danger board etc. shall be provided by the contractor. (As per respo specifications.)

Fabrication, mounting and fitting of top channel, bracing made by M.S. angle, earth clamp, danger board, pin and pin insulators, disc and disc fitting on tri pole structures. PCC 9 mtr./ STP 11 mtr. Top channel bracing, pin and pin insulator, disc and disc fitting provided by Department and Stay clamp, Top channel clamp, Bracing clamp, earth clamps and danger board etc. shall be provided by the contractor. (As per respo specifications.)

Fabrication, mounting and fitting of top channel, bracing made by M.S. angle, earth clamp, danger board, pin and pin insulators, disc and disc fitting on four pole structures. PCC 9 mtr./ STP 11 mtr. Top channel bracing, pin and pin insulator, disc and disc fitting provided by Department and Stay clamp, Top channel clamp, Bracing clamp, earth clamps and danger board etc. shall be provided by the contractor. (As per respo specifications.)

Grouting of single S.T. support 11 mtr long with cement, sand and brick ballast in ratio 1:4:8 size 0.45x 0.45x1.85 mtr deep under the ground and 0.45x 0.45x 0.45 mtr above the ground including plastering and polishing with neat cement (It includes the Grouting of ST poles of single pole support, double poles, tripole and four pole structures.) Cement, sand, brick, ballast shall be provided by the contractor. (As per respo specifications.)

(a) Digging of pits of size 0.60x 0.60x1.2 mtr and grouting the stay rod anchor plates 0.45x 0.45x 0.45 mtr with cement, Jamuna sand and brick ballast ratio 1:4:8 as per drawing No. RES-16. Cement, sand, brick, ballast shall be provided by the contractor. (As per respo specifications.)

(b) Complete fitting of stay rod and fastening stay wire including fitting of stay clamp, turn buckle, and making ring of stay wire on both ends in seven strands 9” to 12” long. Stay clamp, Turn buckle shall be provided by the contractor. (As per respo specifications.)

Earthing of single PCC/ ST pole by digging 1.00 mtr deep pit and driving the electrodes of MS earth rod and connecting all the metallic parts of poles with earthing rod by G.I. wire and filling pits with soil after completion of earthing.earth wire/ G.I. wire M.S.rod shall be provided by the department.

Work of road, canals, telephones and H.T. line crossing by providing guarding angles/channels on supports and fabrication and fiting of guarding net as per drawing No. 48 with G.I. wire No. 8/10 SWG, Granding angle except granding angle and G.I. wire all other materials provided by the contractor. (As per respo specifications.)

Laying of A.C.S.R. Dog conductor with the help of aluminium roller by hanging three nos. on each support in a manner taking sufficient care to ensure safety of A.C.S.R. Dog conductor against rubbing on ground, precaution for safety of crops is also to be taken. The work includes jointing of Conductor by providing jointing sleaves, stringing of conductor upto correct sag and binding of conductor with insulators on each support. All material required for above work shall be provided by department such as jointing sleeve binding wire, armour rod etc. (As per respo specifications.)

Painting of single support, double poles with fittings and tripole/four poles with fittings of 11.0 mtr. long STP with two coat of red oxite primer and one coats of good quality aluminium paints giving silver white finish below the cross Arm/ Droper channel.

Laying of 33 KV 3x300 sqmm XLPE cable with providing, fixing and interconnecting 6 Mtrs. long pieces of PN-6 HDPE pipe of suitable dia by trenchless method below the ground level of 1 mtr. to 1.5 mtr. in hot mixed road (2x60 mtr.)

Laying of 33 KV 3x300 sqmm XLPE cable with providing, fixing and interconnecting 6 Mtrs. long pieces of PN-6 HDPE pipe of suitable dia by trenchless method below the ground level of 1 mtr. to 1.5 mtr. in hot railway crossing. (2x60 mtr.)

Laying lifting hosting and looping of 33 KV 3x300 sqmm XLPE cable in 6” dia G.I. pipes by fixing in air on poles with suitable clamping & grouting. G.I. pipe of 6” dia, 3 mtr. long would be provide by contractor.

Fixing of 33 KV 3x300 sqmm heat shrinkable termination end kit ( termination end kit be provided by the contractor)

3x300 sqmm XLPE Cable laying in trench from 33kv bay into switch yard 132kv sub-station malwan to double pole S.T.P. out of 132 KV switch yard & inside of primises to Medical Collage Fatehpur including brick, sand, clamps etc. (2x800 mtr.+100 mtr single service cable for metering)

Erection and commissioning of 33 KV pilfer unit Capacity 100/1A

Installation and commissioning of outdoor 33 KV CT/PT unit 100/1Amp.

Loading carriage and unloading of following line materials from Electy. Store Center Naini Prayagraj/ Fatehpur to dump site store. The materials will be provided as per availability and in piece meal.
