Providing and installation of Sewage Treatment Plant of 5 KLD capacity at Tashi Chhering Maangu Ayurvedic Hospital Keylong Tehsil Keylong District Lahaul Spiti HP

Providing, Installation, testing, commissioning and giving satisfactorily test trial of 5 KLD Sewerage Treatment Plant based on MBBR technology, which can be accommodated in identified land space consisting of primary, secondary and tertiary treatment units as per the requirement of designed CPHEEO norms, relevant IS codes etc. and necessary piping work with required valves, gates, drains, treated effluent arrangements in existing soak pit as complete job to achieve latest CPCB / HPPCB / CPHEEO discharge standards (as per Term and condition no. 21). Disinfection system by chlorination, sludge dewatering system by bag type centrifuge shall be provided. The treatment scheme shall include Raw Effluent Storage Tank then direct current ionization / EC reactor then sludge separator then tube settler then filter feed tank, then pressure sand filter and then activated carbon filter complete in all respect with all fitting, piping etc in all lead and lifts and entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Excavation work by mechanical means in all kind of soil (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soils as directed, within a lead of 50 m in all respect and as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge. (90% Pick Work & 10% Jumper Work)

Providing Stone soling dry hand packed under tightly under the floor complete in all respect and as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of entering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level : In 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in all respect and as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing : In 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in all respect and as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Tor Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level in all respect and as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in : Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) in all respect and as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing 10 mm thick acid and alkali resistant tiles (Size 300mm x 300mm) of approved make and colour using acid and alkali resisting mortar bedding, and joints filled with acid and/or alkali resisting cement as per IS : 4457, complete as per the direction of Engineer-in- Charge in flooring on a bed of 10 mm thick mortar 1:4 (1 acid proof cement : 4 coarse sand) Acid and alkali resistant tile.

Providing and fixing of Cast iron manhole cover with frame of 450mm x 450mm in size complete in all respect and as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required in In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works complete in all respect and as per the direction of Engineer-In-charge.

Providing and fixing 0.60mm thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyester (RNP) organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating to back coat of polyester of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm dia metre with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accessories as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Operation and maintenance of the Sewage Treatment Plant for a period of nine months, as per the CPHEEO Manual on Operation and Maintenance of Sewage Treatment Plants, to achieve the desired results in accordance with CPCB/HPSPCB norms and the terms and conditions. The contractor shall operate, maintain, and repair the entire plant including all associated civil, electrical, and mechanical components/works, along with the cost of required chemicals, poly-electrolytes, and consumables for operation and maintenance. The Himachal Pradesh State Pollution Control Board (HPSPCB) will collect one effluent sample per month and get it tested. The testing charges shall be borne by the contractor/firm. All necessary repairs, maintenance, overhauling, and replacements shall be carried out by the contractor during the O&M period.
