REPAIRS TO BED HARD TOP STEEL (FD/MAP/E6/08(R)
Removing the old welding spots from broken welding joints and re-welding in the same place as required. Thereafter preparation of old surface by sand paper No 50 and wire brush and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint in Black colour oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Removing the existing unserviceable /broken ply wood top and supply and fixing New 12 mm thick BWP Grade conforming to IS: 710 plywood top ISI marked alongwith 06 in Nos Countersunk screws and washers on three stiffeners all as shown on Drawing and complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Removing the existing unserviceable shoe and S&F new PVC shoe in leg of Bed Hard as per existing pattern complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Removing existing Head Board of Bed hard steel and S&F new cushioned Head Rest of size 1150x900mm. The Head Rest Unit shall be made up of 38x38mm CRCA Square pipe of 18 gauge wall thickness. 18x18mm square CRCA pipe in the middle for support and 25x25mm square CRCA pipe at the bottom. The main bed frame where the Head board frame shall be bolted shall be 65x25mm CRCA pope. The Head Board frame shall be slightly bend at 70 degree as shown in the drg. The frame to be powder coated with black colour. The Headboard shall be fixed with 12 mm thick plywood of BWP grade and pasted with PU Foam 75mm thick 32 density duly covered with composite tapestry of leatherette chocolate or any other shade approved by GE. The cushioned headrest to be curved at the top. The complete frame unit to be bolted with the short rail main frame as shown in the drg complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
REPAIRS BOOK CASE STEEL (FD-1028)
Removing unserviceable glass from shutters & S&F New sheet glass of 5mm thick, plain, ordinary glazing quality conforming to the requirement of IS: 1761 of size 870 X 380 mm all as shown on drawing complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Removing unserviceable handle and S&F new chromium plated handle 100 mm long as per existing pattern complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing the existing unserviceable / broken long rail 32mm dia and S&F New long rail for charpoy GI Pipe medium grade complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Preparing short rail from broken long rail obtained from Serial item No 6.02 above and fixing for charpoy GI pipe complete all as specified and shown on drawing including removing the existing broken/ unserviceable short rail complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

The seat frame to be bolted to the MS tublar frame of the chair by four 75mm long screw complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

REPAIRS TO CHAIR WRITING OFFICERS (FD/E6/MAP/12)
Removing the existing unserviceable PVC arm rest and S&F New PVC armrest of best quality one No in one piece arm rest of size 24cmx 6.4cmx 3.3cm shall be made out of polyurethane 76-85 shore ‘A’ Hardness and reinforced with MS insert scratch and weather resistant complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Removing unserviceable Seat of chair writing and Supply and Fix new Seat moulded with 75mm thick polyurethane foam(PU) 50-55kg per cubic metre density and hardness pasted over 12mm hot pressed plywood BWP Grade conforming to IS : 710 and duly covered with tapestry cloth/fabric not less than 250/- per RM complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing unsv any side of table bedside and S&F New side of size 450mmx450mm 18 mm thick pre laminated MDF board Grade I & type II (PLMDF-12 designation) conforming to 14587:1998 (Re-affirmed 2003) the colour of the Prelaminated MDF board shall be Chocolate/Mehogany/Wall nut chest shade to be approved by GE before bulk manufacture complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Removing unserviceable square pipe and supplying and fixing new 18mm wide square pipe of 1.8mm thick wall thickness as per existing complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing the existing TOP of table computer 900x600mm and S&F new top of same size made up of 18 mm thick pre laminated MDF board Grade I & type II (PLMDF-12 designation) conforming to 14587:1998 (Re-affirmed 2003).
