Supply and Installation of IT Equipment All in One Desktops, Headsets and Printers to Bangalore Development Authority

A list giving full particulars, including available sources and current prices, of spare parts, special tools, etc., necessary for the proper and continuing functioning of the goods for a period of two years, following commencement of the use of the goods by the Purchaser.

Item-by-item commentary on the Purchaser's Technical Specifications demonstrating substantial responsiveness of the goods and services to those specifications or a statement of deviations and exceptions to the provisions of the Technical Specifications.

The Bidder should have executed similar projects (Supply and Installation of IT Equipment Desktop Computers / All-in-One Desktops / Printers / Peripherals) of cumulative quantities not less than 100 units in any single financial year, in any of the last five financial years (2020-21 to 2024-25), to any Karnataka State Government / Central Government department or Central/State PSU.

The Bidder should have a consolidated minimum positive Net Worth as on the last day of each of the preceding 5 financial years (2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25).

As on the date of Notification of Bid, the Bidder shall not be under any declaration of ineligibility for unsatisfactory past performance, corrupt or fraudulent practices, any other unethical business practices, or blacklisting by the Government of India, State Governments or any Central/State public-sector undertaking.

The Bidder / OEM should hold a valid ISO 9001:2015 certificate as on the bid publication date. The Bidder should hold a valid CMMI Level-3 (or higher) certificate as on the bid publication date.

The Bidder should be a registered company in India as per the Indian Companies Act 1956/2013, or a Partnership firm as per the Indian Partnership Act 1932, or a Proprietary concern, and shall have been in business for the last 5 years as on the date of publication of this RFP.

The Bidder should have a minimum average annual turnover of Rs. 1.00 Crore during the last five financial years (2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25).

The Bidder must be an authorised partner reseller of the respective OEMs for the items quoted, and shall submit Manufacturers Authorisation Form for each OEM whose product is offered.
