FOR MAJOR OVERHAULING AND RELATED WORKS OF 132KV PNEUMATIC OPERATED ,SF6 CIRCUIT BREAKER INSTALLED AT 220KV S/S NAUBASTA KANPUR UNDER ETD-II KANPUR.

Major overhauling including Attending SF6 gas leakage of HBB/CGL make 145KV SF6 circuit breaker installed at 132KV Krishna Nagar-I & II, 132KV Sarh and 132KV MSKP bays at 220KV S/S Naubasta. The job includes overhauling of complete mechanism assembly by opening of control valve assembly holding latch anti pumping pin opening and cleaning of pneumatic system cylinder shock absorber etc. cleaning and greasing of all these parts, opening of reservoir checking of electrical all connection and tightening them rectification of air leakage problem through NRV safety valve replacement of consumable spares as roller, control valve sheet, O-ring P-80, O-ring P-18, O-ring P-7,O-ring-P140 etc and other damaged ring of mechanism assembly if necessary rectification of gas leakage from 6mm & 12mm gas pipe assembly by replacement O-ring & brazing, checking & re-tightening of electrical connection satisfactory operation of breaker of the local & remote of the breaker installed at 220KV S/S Naubasta.
