RequiredCertificate of experience from an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent, in similar works and services for design of RCC building of Residential/Hostel/Institutional buildings minimum GF -6 floors

RequiredDetails of technical and administrative personnel and also Establishment and Infrastructural facilities of the consultant firm

RequiredThe TDS certificate shall be submitted in case the work completed is for a private organization. Scan copy of agreement and TDS certificates in form 16A for whole duration of agreement duly generated from the income tax website in case the similar works are executed for a private body which shall form basis for establishing the completion cost of similar work executed by the bidders.
