Repair renovation of Qtr No. 06 block M at PHC Qammerwari Srinagar

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. metres and under including cutting the patches in proper shape raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead including all carriages and cost of material involved.(1:4) Mix (1 cement : 4 course sand).

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 2mm, of approved brand and manufacture, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. (as directed by the EIC at site).

Applying one coat of water thinable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface including all carriages and cost of material involved.

Painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give and even shade including primer coat of cement primer & scaffolding charges all complete. (two or more coats).

Providing & Fixing of 12mm thick wooden paneling finished with fungus and termite proof (seasoned moisture content 8% to 15% imported type of approved inclusive of all carriages, taxes of allied material involved including cost of wooden beading to separate the design of panels including finished with touch wood polish, cost of nails and screws and all carriages complete.(Design and pattern to be directed by the EIC at site) complete

Providing & Fixing of ¾ x ¾ size thick wooden cornice of budloo wood incl. all carriages complete.

Providing and fixing of 12 mm thick laminated wooden flooring of 1st quality including cost of 12mm plywood base over existing damaged wooden flooring complete Job.

Providing and applying touch wood polish two or more coats including sanding sealer two coats complete as directed by EIC at site.
