Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and for all lift, as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. Hot finished welded type tubes

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work

Painting with Synthetic Enamel Paint of approved brand and manufacture of silver colour to give an even shade: One and more coats on old work

Providing and fixing of vertical garden panel of size 18" x 6" consisting of 3 pots (5" x 4" size each pot) made of high quality durable long lasting plastic in required colour including fixing on existing M.S. frame work with self driven screws and other fixtures as per requirement complete as per direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer in Charge. (GST and other charges are inclusive in rates)

Removing of old/damaged vertical plastic panels including pots by way of taking out the plastic pots and unscrewing of plastic frame and other attachement etc. complete as per direction and entire satisfaction of engineer-in-charge. (GST and other charges are inclusive in rates)

Dismantling steel work in built up sections in angles, tees, flats and channels including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. including dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead.
