Providing and Fixing Aluminium composite panel of approved make 3mm thick with 0.5mm thick skin & PVDF coated approved shade for wall panelling. Main framing work to be done using 50mmx25mmx1.6mm tubular section of approved make. Stainless steel screw to be used to fix the ACP panel to be fixed to the main frame with industrial adhesive tape and panel groove to be sealed with weather proof silicon sealant suitable for glass/aluminium etc. complete in all respect as approved by Engineer-in-charge.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work

Providing and fixing wood panelling or panelling and glazing in panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows (Area of opening for panel inserts excluding portion inside grooves or rebates to be measured). Panelling for panelled and glazed shutter 25 mm to 40 mm thick 8 mm thick glass

Extra for providing toughened glass panes instead of ordinary float glass panes in doors, windows and clerestory window shutters. (Area of opening for glass panes excluding portion inside rebate shall be measured).

Providing & Fixing of stone-coated metal roofing sheet manufactured multi-layered composition includes a transparent top coat for UV protection, a layer of natural stone granules (COLOR SAND) for texture and color, an acrylic base coat for adhesion, a primer, and a corrosion-resistant metal core made of 0.45 mm thick cold-rolled steel. This core is further protected by an Aluzinc or Zinc-Magnesium alloy coating, ensuring long-term durability against rust and environmental wear. Each sheet measures 1340 mm in width and 420 mm in height, with an effective coverage width of approximately 1250 mm after accounting for overlap. The sheet features a textured wave profile and weighs around 3.0 to 3.2 kg. The roofing sheet offers excellent mechanical properties, including resistance to fire (Class A), wind uplift up to 200 km/h, hail impact, and thermal fluctuations from −40°C to +80°C. Installation begins at the ridge with full panels fastened along the rear flange, followed by overlapping rows that interlock securely. After laying three courses, fastening continues through the nose of the panel, progressing downward. Fasteners should be corrosion-resistant hex-head screws with EPDM washers, at least 35 mm in length. Installation shall be done as per design drawing and direction of EIC.
