INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

S&F vertical triple pole and neutral DB, 6 way, double door, metallic modular distribution board for conforming to IEC 61439-3, suitable for flush / surface mounting with provision for MCCB up to 160 Amps as incomer and SP/TP MCBs as outgoing, fully insulated 200A copper busbar for each phase, two fully insulated & shrouded neutral bars, two earth bars, cable ties for cable management, prefitted masking sheet, etc. complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE:- MCCB & SP/TP MCBs shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of factory made, CPRI type tested, indoor cubical compartmental type Metering panel of suitable size, conforming to IEC 61439-1 & 2 and IEC 61641, having both sides openable with hinged single doors and locking arrangements, IP 43 protection, made out of 2.0 mm thick mild steel CRCA sheet, supported and fixed on structural frame of angle iron of suitable size, including earthing stud, labelling, painting to all internal and external exposed steel surfaces with powder coating paint (7 tank process), duly fixed in ground with PCC foundation (1:2:4) type B1, with danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel vitreous enamelled (white) with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour suitable for 3 phase, 4 wire system, 415 Volts with necessary wiring, PVC sheathed stranded copper conductor of appropriate length and size, including fixing lugs, bolts, screws, etc complete all as specified and directed. S&F RF based smart three phase four wire energyy meter complete as all specified and as directed with the following specifications:- (i) Smart three phase four wire energy meter BIS 16444 2015 (Reaffirmed 2020) marked with transparent enclosure having current range 10-60A, 240V accuracy class 1.0, with inbuilt 865-867 MHz Radio frequency communication facility with self healing mesh network with default and on demand display, billing date generation facility, anti-tamper features, Microprocessor and LED, LCD based circuitry. (ii) Meter should support sending the following data to the software: 15/30 min instantaneous data for voltage, current, PF, power, cumulative energy and frequency, monthly billing survey for cumulative energy and max demand. (iii) Meter should have connect/ disconnect functionality operable from prepaid billing software. (iv) Meter should support open communication protocol DLMS with the software. ROAD, PATH & CULVERT

M&L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

Provision for taking water supply connection from PMC with average capacity of 1 lacs LPD and testing, inspection of water meter, supervision and other miscelleneous charges of PMC, including excavation and earthwork, S&F required fittings like tee, flange, bend, jointing material etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing centrifugally cast ductile iron pipe class: K-7 with spigot and socket, suitable for push on rubber joint, with internal cement mortar lining and external metallic coating with finishing layer of black bituminous coating pipes in any length confirming to IS:8329-2000 including rubber gasket & joints laid in trenches / road / ducts / foot path/ on wall /on floor locations for 100mm dia pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying / jointing ductile iron fittings including rubber joint or gaskets (as per fitting requirement) such as bends (any type, radius and angle), heavy duty for spigot & socketed or flanged pipes, tapers any type, radius and angle like straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc. Tee piece, single branch 'Y' junction double branch, collar etc. caps and plugs etc. with internal cement mortar lining and external zinc and black bitumen coated complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, install, testing, commissioning and calibration of 100mm Analog water flow meter Class 'B' all as per manufacturer design and all as directed.

S&F CI swing type non return valve 65mm dia with flanged ends confirming to IS 5312, PN 1.6 with ISI marked complete with all necessary fittings such as nuts, bolts,washers, rubber gasket for both ends etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F CI foot valve with Nytrile rubber ball inside complete with flanged ends 80 mm dia confirming to IS 4038, ISI marked complete with all necessary fittings such as nuts, bolts, washers, rubber gasket etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Mono block pump set suitable for 415 Volts, 3 phase, 50 Hz, two pole, suction x delivery= 80mm x 65mm for the rating 10 HP complete including channels, foundation with PCC (1:2:4) all as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for brick masonry valve chamber of size 1.20m × 1.20m x 1.20m (internal dimension) with 15cm thick foundation using PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) over 15cm thick hardcore, 23cm thick brick wall built in cement and sand mortar (1:4), 10mm thick internal and external plaster including top of floor in cement and sand mortar 1:3 finished even and smooth, without using extra cement, 10mm thick MS sheet cover with, 50mm x 50mm x 6mm MS angle frame embedded in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) coping having rectangular hinged opening of size with locking arrangements & handle made out of 25cm dia MS round bar, hold fasts etc applying one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint to all steel surface including excavation, refilling and earth work in any type of soil and disposal of surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m complete all as specified.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

M&L Providing Pre cast RCC 1:11/2:3 type A1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in Cable Route Indicator of height 800 mm x width 300 mm x thickness 120 mm duly reinforced all as per details shown in drawing and having top circular section, provided with and including PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregates foundation of suitable size as directed and including engraving letters "MES 11 KV HT" on route indicator duly painted in synthetic enamel paint, complete all as shown in drawing No. CEPZ/2023/TD/01 sheet 1/1 and as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of intelligent street light control (ATSC) suitable for 6 KW maximum load, wall / pole mounted, having built-in networking support, built-in astronomical timer, 32 Amps, TP contactor, 40 Amps TPN MCB housed in 3.15 mm thick powder coated CRCA sheet housing complete including its wiring and accessories all as specified and as directed.

S&F LED post top lantern light fitting made of die cast aluminium housing with decorative opal acrylic diffuser with IP-65 protection including LED of capacity 25W complete with all accessories fixed on GI pipe 40/50 mm dia complete (for Gate lights) all as specified and directed.

S&F all in one smart integrated solar street light 40 watt with built in Mono Crystalline Solar PV Module Panel, Lithium Ferro phosphate battery, MPPT charge controller, PIP sensor, light having colour temp 6000-6500K, Lumens 4800, 2 days autonomy with dimming profile, including supply and erection of standard tubular pole of 6 m height having base plate of dimensions min 200 × 200 x 12mm, bolt size 4 Nos × 20 mm dia all including necessary brackets, excavation, earthwork, foundation, PCC and foundation bolts (Hold fasts) as per manufacture's design and specifications complete.
