Maintenance and operation of central type Air conditioning plant of capacity 56.5 TR (02 Nos running and 01No stand by) installed at WSA shed No -3 in technical area, round the clock three shift of 8 hrs per shift by employing skilled operator ITI qualified or well experienced of the trade as approved by GE. The plant should be operated as per laid down procedure of manufacturer's instructions and PS clauses. The details of installed machinery at central AC plant are mentioned below. (i) Water cooled chiller unit 03 Nos of 56.5 TR capacity (02 Nos working + 01 stand by). (II) Chilled water Pump coupled type 7.5 HP - 03 Nos (02 Nos running and 01no standby). (III) Condenser water Pump coupled type 7.5 HP - 03 Nos (02 Nos running and 01no standby). (iv) FRP Bottle shape induced draft type cooling tower of capacity 240 USGPM with electrical motor 3HP-02 Nos (01 Nos running and 01No standby). (v) Double skin type floor mounted Air handling unit of capacity 15000 CFM capacity - 02 Nos (vi) LT cable from LT panel to AHU, LT panel to Chiller unit, LT panel to pump set , LT panel to cooling tower and LT panel to Humidifier kit. (vii)Floor mounted indoor type Cubical LT panel -02 Nos (viii) 3 KW pan humidifier capacity-02 Nos (ix) Stand by DG set 225 KVA capacity 415 Volt 3 Phase with AMF panel(01No) (x) 7.5 TR capacity package type ductable AC plant located in NB-IV building -03 Nos (xi) 1.5 KW humidifier in NB-IV buildings -01 Nos Document to be maintained (i) Daily log sheet for AC plant (II) Daily attendance register Note:- The following items are deemed to be included in the quoted rates by the contractor. (i) Contractor shall be responsible for uninterrupted operation of complete installation execpt in case of electric supply not available in the LT Panel board at AC Plant.(ii) T & P, stationary like log sheets and all consumable items like cotton waste, insulation tape, gland packing, grease, broom required will be provided by the tenderer.(iii) Uniform for operators on duty will be issued by the contractor. (iv) Cleaning of installation shall be the responsibility of the contractor.

M&L for servicing the Air handling units 15000 CFM capacity (central AC), with and including dismantling units, sheet metal parts, blowing out the dust, chemical cleaning by spraying the organic based scale removing agent Vaniklin at the appropriate ratio till removal of complete dust & scale deposits in the fin area of evaporator coil, flushing through for proper air flow across the coil, cleaning of expansion valve; greasing of blower motor, checking of electrical connection, cleaning of air filters, greasing of blower motor, replacement of un serviceable bearings, water drain lines, renewal of rusted sheet metal screws, applying two coats synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer on the rusted portion and testing & commissioning the unit all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for evacuation of gas from the system, de-scaling the condenser, Chiller unit supply & circulating the decaling solution (hydrochloric acid) with pump, brushing the tubes and wherever required drilling the stubborn scaling without damaging the tubes, replacement of gaskets and unserviceable nuts & bolts assembling back complete testing complete for AC plant of capacity 3x 56.5 TR-WSA Shed 3 complete all as specified and as directed

Repair and maintenance ofthermocole insulation with thermo coal 75 mm thick TF Quality covered with chicken wire mesh , plastering 10 mm thick in CM 1:6 finished even and smooth on the top Edge at Supply and return (External Duct) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Opening the upper sheet / side sheet of Cooling tower Cleaning, servicing of Chiller type AC Plant of any capacity / model / make for access to reserve water tank, cooling fan & cooling fins etc, M&L for washing/cleaning of cooling tower internally/ externally including cooling fins etc with mild acid (or caustic soda hot water solution) followed by water jet including cleaning/washing all as specified and as directed

M & L for Refrigerant gas R-407(a) for topping up in company sealed cylinder of capacity all as directed by Engr-in-charge

S&F in replacement LP sensor 12 volt suitable for Scroll type AC of capacity 3x56.5 TR completes all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make: - Danfoss / Indo Foss as approved by GE.

S&F in replacement HP Sensor 12 Volt suitable for Scroll type AC of capacity 3x56.5 TR completes all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make: - Danfoss/Indo Foss as approved by GE.

M&L in repairs of MS Pipes heavy grade with all fittings laid in floors or fixed to internal connecting to Cooling tower No1 and cooling tower No-2 of sizes as 50 mm bore complete all as specified.

S&F in replacement AHU belt of suitable size as per Existing belt complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in Replacement of AHU filter EV-4 model complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling of unserviceable centrifugal pump set couple type three phase 415 volts, up to 7.5 HP at suitable for chiller line/ condensing line Compressor etc of any model/Make, strip opening and taking out of rotor carefully, cleaning of rotor and stator, taking out burnt stator winding without damage to stator body, rewinding the eclectic motor by super enameled copper conductor (Wire) including providing insulating Mika paper in stator slots, PVC sleeves, varnish the winding complete, assembling the motor including replacement of studs with nuts, testing of motor to its full load capacity at desired RPM/torque after coupling with pump set etc including transportation to civil workshop and alignment in same vice -versa complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(ii) Standby DG Set will be run immediately after the supply goes off from JVVNL or any other reason to ensure that electric supply should restored within two minutes. (iii) Proper uniform with name plate for duty personel will be provided by the contractor is included in quoted rates. (iv) Duty roaster of each month duly signed by contractor will be submitted to Concerned JE/ Engr in charge.

M & L for servicing of 800/1000 Amp indoor type ACBs complete including taking out ACB trolley from panel after switching off electric supply. Checking of all mechanical/ electrical/ control system for proper functioning e.g. spring charge system, triping system, remote operation, indication system, in-out movement of ACB trolley etc Cleaning & servicing the fixed/ moving contact & blowing out dust and applying the proper lubrication/ greasing and reassembling the ACB including connection to panel complete all as directed by Engr-in- Charge. Note:- Servicing and testing of ACBs should be carried out by authorised service engineer of ABB
