NIT No 73/2025-26 Work of Removal of Leakages in various size pipe lines for UWSS Kuchera under Jurisdictions of PHED Sub. Dn. Mundwa

Repairing of leakage in existing Distribution/Rising Main/ Transmission Main AC/PVC/HDPE pipe line up to 1.5 mtr depth of sizes as given below by digging out suitable size of pit at site of work including taking out the burst pipe from trench, dewatering and providing adequate safety arrangement at site. This will also include cutting of pipe ends, fixing of pipe piece with jointing material, tightening of CID Joints to make repair leak proof and then refilling of excavated trench / Pit / Road shall be done Properly I.e. after a layer of 20 cm. with proper watering and ramming in layers , for entire job contractor will use his own T&P & labour and will arrange transportation of material required from Jen Store. (Required material such as pipe piece, CID Joints shall be provided by Department free of cost) In all type Soil AC/PVC/HDPE pipe for various size

Add 5% on above item no. 1.1.1 for B.T. Road

Add 15%on above item no. 1.1.1 for B.T. Road

Add 20% on above no. 1.1.1 item if depth of pipeline is above 1.5 mtr and up to 3.0 mtr.

Minor repair of leakages such as lead caulking, plugging, clamping and ring fixing in existing Distribution/Rising Main/Transmission Main AC/PVC/HDPE/CI/MS/DI pipe line up to 1.5 mtr depth of sizes as given below by digging out suitable size of pit at site of work including dewatering and providing adequate safety arrangement at site to make repair leak proof and then refilling of excavated trench / Pit / Road shall be done Properly I.e. after a layer of 20 cm. with proper watering and ramming in layers , for entire job contractor will use his own T&P & labour and will arrange transportation of material required from Jen Store. (Required material such as lead wool, white hump, plugs, clamps etc. shall be provided by Department free of cost)

Add 5% on above item no. 1.3.1 for B.T. Road

Add 15% on above item no. 1.3.1 for C.C. Road. Pit in CC Road shall be cut in optimum size through CC Cutter machine only.

Add 20% on above no. 1.3.1 item if depth of pipeline is above 1.5 mtr and up to 3.0 mtr.

Replacement of CI/ DI Double flange sluice valves,non return valves,butter fly valves etc. in existing Distribution/Rising Main/Transmission Main pipe line up to 1.5 mtr depth of sizes as given below by digging out suitable size of pit at site of work including providing and fixing MS Nut and Bolt and rubber gasket, dewatering and providing adequate safety arrangement at site and then refilling of excavated trench / Pit / Road shall be done Properly I.e. after a layer of 20 cm. with proper watering and ramming in layers , for entire job contractor will use his own T&P & labour and will arrange transportation of material required from Jen Store. (Required material such as Valve, Tail piece, CID Joints etc. shall be provided by Department free of cost)

Add 5% on above item no. 1.4.1 for B.T. Road

Add 15% on above item no. 1.4.1 for CC Road. Pit in CC Road shall be cut in optimum size through CC Cutter machine only.

Removal of Choking from pipe line, including tree roots, malba, sand and other by manually or other means, cleaning of line and testing in existing Distribution/Rising Main/Transmission Main AC/PVC/HDPE/uPVC pipe line up to 1.5 mtr depth of sizes as given below by digging out suitable size of pit at site of work including dewatering and providing adequate safety arrangement at site. This will also include cutting of pipe ends, fixing of pipe piece with jointing material and then refilling of excavated trench / Pit / Road shall be done Properly I.e. after a layer of 20 cm. with proper watering and ramming in layers , for entire job contractor will use his own T&P & labour and will arrange transportation of material required from Jen Store. (Required material such as pipe piece CID Joints shall be provided by Department free of cost)as per satisfaction of EIC. Rates for per pit.

Add 5% on above item no. 1.5.1 for B.T. Road

Add 15% on above item no. 1.5.1 for CC Road. Pit in CC Road shall be cut in optimum size through CC Cutter machine only.

Add 20%on above item no. 1.5.1 if depth of pipe line is above 1.5 mtr and up to 3.0 mtr.

Disconnection of water connection from existing pipe line in all type of soils up to 1.5 mtr depth by digging out suitable size of pit at site of work, with cutting of service line and refixing of clamp revolving it 180 degree then refilling of excavated trench / Pit / Road shall be done Properly I.e. after a layer of 20 cm. with proper watering and ramming in layers , for entire job contractor will use his own T&P & labour.

Add on above item no. 1.7 for B.T. Road add 5%

Add on above item no. 1.7 for CC Road. Pit in CC Road shall be cut in optimum size through CC Cutter machine only. Add 15%

Add on above item no. 1.7 if depth of pipe line is above 1.5 mtr and up to 3.0 mtr add 20%

Labour charges for removal of complaint of polluted water supply to the consumers

Labour charges for digging of pit of suitable size for removal of water pollution on existing distribution AC/PVC/uPVC/HDPE pipe lines up to 1.5 mtr depth including cutting of pipe and assessment of direction of flow of polluted water during non supply hours, identifying the source of pollution and repairing of fault in pipe line by fixing of pipe piece with jointing material (pipe and jointing material shall be supplied by department) to make it leak proof and then refilling of excavated trench / Pit / Road shall be done Properly I.e. after a layer of 20 cm. with proper watering and ramming in layers . The rate includes all labour charges to complete the work for pipe size

Add 15%on above item no.1.12.1 for CC Road. Pit in CC Road shall be cut in optimum size through CC Cutter machine only.

Add 20% on above item no. 1.12.1 if depth of pipe line is above 1.5 mtr and up to 3.0 mtr.
