Cleaning of manholes of any description and size upto 1m depth including lifting up and removing sludge, accumulated solid sludge and other foreign materials by using vehicle mounted with compressor and sucker tank with covered container and wash down with water for smooth functioing of sewage line complete all as specified and as directed . Note : sludge obtained from cleaning shall be removed to out of MD land and burried into the ground.

Removing blockage from WC by using rubber cup 125mm dia with wooden handle and clearing the blockage upto manhole with cleaing rod including removal of all materials from gully trap of WC and depositing the blockage causing material out of MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Removing blockage from Kitchen & bathroom/WHB by using rubber cup 125mm dia with wooden handle and clearing the blockage upto manhole with cleaing rod including removal of all materials from floor trap/Nahani trap and depositing the blockage causing material out of MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of blocked sewage pipe lines 100mm bore pipe and removing the blockages by means of rodding with and including bamboo splits /flexible iron wire or concrete malacces rods from manhole to manhole, through pipes from trap to MH, rendering the system clear and flushing thedelogged line with sufficient qty of water and removing sludge /waste material etc to outside of MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of blocked sewage pipe lines 150mm bore pipe and removing the blockages by means of rodding with and including bamboo splits /flexible iron wire or concrete malacces rods from manhole to manhole, through pipes from trap to MH, rendering the system clear and flushing thedelogged line with sufficient qty of water and removing sludge /waste material etc to outside of MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m deep, and getting out in hard/dense soil for carrying out repairs to sewage lines

M & L for 100mm Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars all as specified & as directed.

All as per Item No. 10 here-in-before, but for 150mm dia pipe

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) for concrete bed to drain pipe including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes laid and tested for 100mm dia pipes, all as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well raming in layers, not exc 25cm thick.

Demolition of RCC broken cover slabs in manholes in any position and removing the debris off complete all as specified. Note:- Reinforcement shall be cut as required to facilitate demolition.

M & L for pre cast cover slab in RCC 1:2:4, type B1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate for manhole, set in cement mortar 1:6 including necessary form work complete all as specified. Note : Reinforcement steel will be measured and paid separately.

M & L for TMT bars 8mm dia cut to length, bent to shape required including hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia as in reinforcement complete all as specified.

M & L for TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape as required including cranking, bending, binding with mild steel wire annealed not less than 0.9mm dia as in reinforcement complete all as specified.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. complete all as specified.

M & L for brick work with fly ash bricks, old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified.

M & L for providing PCC 1:3:6, type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including formwork complete all as specified.

M & L for Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block with gey cement and pigment any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade complete all as specified.

Labour for 50 mm thick Sand filling and levelling under 60mm thick interlocking paver block

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles mixed with grey cement and pigment of size 300x 300 x25 mm thick set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors incl 20 mm thick screed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of un reinforced concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided

M & L for 75 mm thick in PCC 1:3:6 type-C2 as in plinth protection surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified.

Forming of construction joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound grade 'A' all as specified and directed.

M&L for demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete as in sunken floor of bath,wc and kitchen of any description and any in position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as directed

M& L for 15 mm rendering in cm (1:3) with WPC as in sunken floor finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately

M&L for applying evenly a coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm over a coat of bitumen primer @0.30 lit/sq.m including cleaning surfaces etc complete all as specified and directed including water tightness testing.

M&L plain cement concrete Type F2 1:7:12( 40 mm graded aggregate) as in sunken floor filling etc complete all as specified and directed.

Removing and Refixing high/low level flushing cistern (exclusive of brackets), connections to pipes and fixing of chain and pull, or lever complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surfaces of size 350x250x7mm / 450x350x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the tiles shades and colour and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 etc all as specified and directed

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections, including removal to store etc all as directed of 15mm bore

Supply and fix in repairs Vitreous china water closet pan (pedestal pattern), white including fixing bolts, plastic water closet seat, black/white closed pattern with flat bottom and cover and mild steel chromium plated hinging device complete all as specified and as directed.
