Excavation in trenches not exc.1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil for laying of GI pipe line complete all as specified.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified

Removing excavated surplus soils meterial not exc.50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing of 100 mm dia ductile iron spigot and socket pipes as per IS: 8329/2000 ,Class K-7 , ISI marked including EDPM rubber gasket suitable for push on rubber gasket joint with inside cement mortar linning and outside zinc bitumen coating including taking out existing unserviceable pipe complete all as specified and as directed. S&F in replacement of 100 mm dia cast iron sluice valve both end flanged complete with iron wheel head and stainless steel spindle confirming to IS -14846/2000 PN-1.6 including jointing materials such as nuts, bolts washers and 3mm rubber gasket 02 Nos complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying in trenches or fixed to walls, 50 mm dia bore galvanised iron steel water tubes , medium grade including fittings such as bends, reducer, elbows, union etc including taking out existing unserviceable pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of 50 mm dia bore gun metal gate valve with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of 25 mm dia stop valve cast copper alloy , screwed down, high pressure, with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for construction of brick masonary valve pit chamber with 230 mm thick brick wall of internal size 1000mm x 1000mm x 900mm with 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 internally and externally 150mm below the ground level with 15 mm thick cement mortar 1:6 , PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundation of size 1550mmx1550 mm of 150mm thick and 50 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping and covering the chamber with 40mmX40mmX6 mm thick angle iron frame and 3.15 mm thick mild steel sheet as cover with two Nos of 150 mm length hinges and one No handle made out of mild steel round bar 10 mm dia with necessary locking arrangement including painting to the steel surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of redoxide primer including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil including returning filling and removal complete all as directed .
