Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm.thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm. so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuutering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 Mtrs. and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete & plain concrete work in:Beams, cantilever, girders and lintels. complete,in all respects in all leads and lifts as directed by E in C.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) complete,in all respects in all leads and lifts as directed by E in C.

Providing mild steel/Tor steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level : Tor Steel complete,in all respects in all leads and lifts as directed by E in C.

Providing and placing on terrace (at all floor levels) polyethylene water storage tank, IS : 12701 marked, with cover and suitable locking arrangement and making necessary holes for inlet, outlet and overflow pipes but without fittings and the base support for tank.(Supreme , Vectus, Sintex Make) complete,in all respects in all leads and lifts as directed by E in C.

Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete,in all respects in all leads and lifts as directed by E in C.

Supplying and fixing of pumping machinery , pump 3 HP power i/c all allied accessories with electric control panel, MCB/DCB board, connection wire not below 4mm dia. from main supply, and making good any damage to floors/walls as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. (Havells, Crompton , Kirloskar Make ) complete,in all respects in all leads and lifts as directed by E in C.

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement, trenching, refilling & testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge.75 mm nominal outer dia Pipes(Astral, Finolex, Vectus, Supreme Make ) complete,in all respects in all leads and lifts as directed by E in C.

Providing and fixing CPVC gate valve of approved quality 75 mm nominal bore complete,in all respects in all leads and lifts as directed by E in C.

Providing and fixing gun metal gate valve with C.I. wheel of approved quality (screwed end) : 80 mm nominal bore complete,in all respects in all leads and lifts as directed by E in C.
