Taking proper shutdown & Isolate the HT electric supply and taking out the trolley of VCB HT 11KV 400 to 630 Amps of any make and type and servicing of all minor/major parts of the VCB by cleaning isolating contact moving parts,removing dust particle from the bus bar chamber, spout, gear mechanism, repair to motor charge spring mechanism,tightening of all nut & bolts of entire trolley, inserting the trolley, testing the complete HT electric supply and puting on supply on load complete all as specified & directed. Note:- (i) All cleaning /testing equipment/material shall be provided by the contractor and rate for the same are deemed to be included in quoted rates. (ii) The complete test report shall be submitted by the contractor to GE(I)/Engineer-in-Charge.

Calibration of IDMT/ BUCHHOLZ relay of 11KV HT VCBs /TRF and 1.1KV ACBs installed at Main Receiving sub stn, DESIDOC, ISSA, CEPTEM and DCDA sub stn complete all as specified and directed. Note:- 1. All testing & calibration equipment with all accessories shall be brought by the contractor and rate for same is deemed to be included in quated rates. 2. The complete test report shall be submitted by the contractor to GE(I)/Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F, installation, testing and Calibration of IDMT relay of 11KV HT VCBs installed at Main Receiving sub stn, DESIDOC, ISSA, CEPTEM and DCDA sub stn complete all as specified and directed.

Taking proper shutdown & Isolate the HT electric supply & Dismantling and disconnecting all cable from HT & LT Side including shifting from site to workshop & back and install at its position at site after necessary repaired work and repair of step down Transformer 11/0.45 KV of capacity 500KVA of any make indoor type and servicing of all minor/major parts of the Transformer by cleaning contact parts, connection, removing dust particle from fins find out leakage of oil and repair it. checking & cleaning of explosion went, repairing of Buchholz Relay of any rating. Rewinding of burnt LT/HT winding with super copper enamelled wire as per size and OEM approved including replacing with new bushing HT & LT sides with all nut & bolts washers of entire system including repair of tap changer & setting including testing, commissioning & reconnecting all connection (HT, LT & Earthing connection) complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 3.01 above but 630 KVA capacity

M&L in replacement of control wiring with multistranded copper conductor cable of size 2.5 sqmm 3 Core FRLSH matching with existing size/type including proper laying with the help of locking device, Copper thimble and proper number marked complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down repairable potential transformer of HT VCB 11 KV/ 110 V of any make, opening & dismentling the complete unit and refitting after carry out the following repairs/replacement :- (a) Rewinding of transformer as per existing gauge and pattern with super copper enamelled wire. (b) Cleaning and servicing of the PT (c) Replacement of wornout nuts/bolts and other minor parts including HRC Fuse. (d) Soldering / tightening of loose connections. (e) Replacement of potential transformer oil having dielectric strength upto 60 KV. (f) Painting of outer portion of PT with synthetic enameled paint of grey colour of approved make. (g) Testing of the PT's for proper functioning to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and Fix in replacement of 11 pin anti pumping relay 110V DC complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix in replacement of bottom terminal with jaw contact complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix in replacement of Top terminal with jaw contact complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix in replacement of space heater 230V AC 80W complete with all accessories all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix in replacement of thermostate complete with all accessories all as specified and directed.

Dehydration and filtration of transformer oil with proper dehydration machine to achieve dielectric strength between 45 to 60 KV including testing/recording of dielectric strength result before and after of dehydration complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Test report shall be submitted by the contractor to the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and topping up transformer oil having dielectric strength not less than 45 KV - 60 KV complete all as specified and directed.

Taking shut down from main substation and drain out the transformer oil and to be collected in barrel by opening the transformer cover of capacity 300 to 500 KVA by unscrewing the nuts/bolts and washers and kept in safe custody and reuse the same, and checking the any type of leakage from both HT and LT side including cleaning the sludge etc depositing in the core and tank by using soft brushes and clean with old transformer oil, refilling of transformer oil including refixing of top cover including nut/bolts etc and testing the input & output voltage and adjustment of the voltage through tape changer if required complete for entire satisfaction of engineer incharge.

Taking shut down from main substation and drain out the transformer oil and to be collected in barrel by opening the transformer cover of capacity 630 to 1500 KVA by unscrewing the nuts/bolts and washers and kept in safe custody and reuse the same, and checking the any type of leakage from both HT and LT side including cleaning the sludge etc depositing in the core and tank by using soft brushes and clean with old transformer oil, refilling of transformer oil including refixing of top cover including nut/bolts etc and testing the input & output voltage and adjustment of the voltage through tape changer if required inculding providing & fixing monoplast putty at HT/LT cable connection of transformer complete for entire satisfaction of Engineer- in-charge.

Taking shut down from main substation and T&P and drain out the ransformer oil and to be collected in barrel by opening the Automatic Servo Voltage stabilizer of capacity 300 KVA by unscrewing the nuts/bolts and washers and kept in safe custody and reuse the same, and checking the any type of leakage from both HT and LT side including cleaning the sludge etc depositing in the core and tank by using soft brushes and clean with old transformer oil, refilling of transformer oil including refixing of top cover including nut/bolts etc and testing the input & output voltage and adjustment of the voltage through tape changer if required inculding providing & fixing monoplast putty at HT/LT cable connection of transformer complete for entire satisfaction of Engineer- in-charge.

All as per item srl No 40.00 above but 100 KVA capacity

Taking shut down from main substation and M&L for painting to Transformer 300 KVA to 1500 KVA and automatic servo voltage stabilizer 100 KVA to 300 KVA with spray gun with two coats of synthetic enamel heat resistant grey paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of old painted surfaces/removing old faded/rust/ cemented material of surface of transformer including base frame, connected LT panels, duct covers of including writing MES/SM No of existing size/surface complete all as specified & directed.
