Fabricating, supplying and fixing of structural steel safety grills using 12 mm square bar including two coats of enamal paint over one coat of red oxide primer coat including cost of steel and painting materials, lead, lift, labour, as per standard specification, etc., complete and as per instruction of Engineer at Site.

Supplying and fixing door of 18g aluminium anodised door with novappan double side laminated sheet 9mm thick bottom and 5mm thick plain glass top, bottom frame 94x44.50mm and 63.50x38.10, 2mm thick including cost of all materials, Door Closer, handles, lock & key, stopper, anodised clips, rubber beeding , lead, lift, etc., complete.

UPVC Window Specification: Supplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Windows of casement type (open) from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58mm and shutter profile are reinforcement with GI/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profiles are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with over all the edges of frame and shutter the shutter will be provided with Espag multi power point locks and also it operates as handle. The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned. Radiations free pin headed plain or brown colour glass 4mm thick should be provided to the shutter and it should not allow leakage of water even at most ranging storms and should have key lockable action, security protective hinges, strong locking systems and as per size for arresting noise and energy loss. The connecting mechanism between sash and outer frame that enables opening of the window. The window should be fixed to the wall with 100% packing with screws and silicon packing all round the frames.

Weathering course with PCC 1:1.5:3 using 6 mm HBG stone over R.C.C. roof slab, for required depth of 50 mm for giving required slope and thickness to roof as required including cost of cement, all materials, labour, curing, all leads and lifts, etc., complete as per standard specification.

Providing PVC down fall rain water pipe of 110 mm dia of 6 kg /cm2 ISI make including cost of bend, Elbow and shoe, including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, as per standard specification etc., complete

Wiring with 2.50 sq mm PVC unsheathed multistrand copper cable of 650 V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessories in flush with flush mounting boxes (GI) with continuous earth wire connection 1.50 Sq mm PVC insulated copper wire and making good the damaged portion of masonry for PVC concealed light / fan point as directed by the engineer at site.

Wring with 2.50 Sq mm PVC unsheathed multistrand copper cables of 650V Grade in Suitable PVC regid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessories in flush with wall using suitable flush mounting boxes (GI) for 15 A 3 pin non inter locking CS plug including pin top with continuous earth wire connection using 1.50 Sq mm PVC insulated copper wire and making good the damaged portion of masonry of PVC concealed plug point. Wring with 2.50 Sq mm PVC unsheathed multistrand copper cables of 650V Grade in Suitable PVC regid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessories in flush with wall using suitable flush mounting boxes (GI) for 5 A 3 pin non inter locking CS plug including pin top with continuous earth wire connection using 1.50 Sq mm PVC insulated copper wire and making good the damaged portion of masonry of PVC concealed plug point. Supplying and fixing of 8 way single pole and neutral MCB sheet steel enclosure Distribution board with Double door ( Metal ) 1 No. 32 Amps DP MCB as incoming and 6 Nos. 6 Amps to 32 Amps SPMCB outgoing in flush with wall and making good of the concealed portion with earth connection only.
