BED HARD (Drg No. FD/E6MAP/08(R)/DRG NO.246 &247 FD-220) Material and labour for removing of old unserviceable nylon newar from charpoy GI pipe and supply and fixing plywood BWR type BB of size 2000mm x 900mm, 12mm thick and providing MS flat iron 40mm x 4mm thick, the plywood and flat irion shall be fixed to GI pipe with self drilling screw 5.5mm x 55mm (6 Nos on long rail and 04 Nos on short rail with suitable washer each flat iron shall be fixed to plywood from bottom side with 02 Nos screw of suitable size and length as approved GE by drilling the holes in flat iron complete all as specified the exposed surface of flat iron shall be painted with two coats of synthetics enamel paint of balck over a coat of red oxide all as shown on drgs. Make: Duraply/ Century/ Archid Ply/ Bhutan Board/ Archid Board/ Durian/ Mysore Chip Board Ltd Note : The Modification of Charpoy will be carried out as per sample of charpoy GI Ply Top kept in Furniture Yard, BSO (East) JRC.

Removing of old/ broken threaded long rail from charpoy GI and supply & fix new long rail made of GI tubing 32mm bore Medium grade ISI marked both ends threaded complete all as specified and as shown on Drg No. FD-220. Make of pipe: TT Swastic/ Jindal/ Ravindra.

Removal of old/ broken threaded short rail and fixing short rail made from old long rail obtained from item No 3 above (1 x long rail converted into 1 Nos of short rail) duly threaded both ends complete all as specified and as shown on Drg No. FD-220.

Removal of old/ broken threaded leg from charpoy GI and fixing of leg made from old short rail obtained from item No. 4 above duly threaded both ends complete all as specified and as shown on Drg No. FD-220.

Removal of old/ broken elbow 32mm bore three ways from charpoy GI and supply and fix new elbow three way medium grade ISI marked suitable for 32mm bore GI pipe complete all as shown on Drg No. FD-220. Make : Vimco/RI ISI Marked

Removal of old/ unserviceable check nut from charpoy GI and supply and fixing new check nuts suitable for 32mm bore GI pipe and fixing to position complete all as specified and as shown on Drg No. FD-220. Make : Vimco/RI ISI Marked

Removing of old unserviceable and broken MS flat stiffner & provision of 40mm x 4mm thick, and two hole MS flat iron fixed to GI pipe with Ply top. The exposed surface of flat iron will be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of black or olive green over a coat of red odixe all as shown on drgs No. FD-220.

Almirah large steel/med steel FD-1031-32 removing of old u/s lock, replace with new lock of almirah large/steel/med steel. Make:- ISI mark, godrej, Harison, link
