Procurement of LT Wiring Kit

The bidder shall be a manufacturer and should have minimum experience of three years in manufacture and supply of the tendered material. However, it will be at least for two years for Micro & Small enterprises.The bidder shall upload manufacturing License or Registration Certificate issued by the competent authority

The bidder should have supplied the tendered material at least 80% tendered quantity in any one of previous 3 financial years to HESCOM / other ESCOMs / Distribution Companies or any public distribution utility who are in the business of distribution of power in India. However, it is 40% for Micro & Small Enterprises in any one of previous 2 financial years.Documentary proof such as Purchase Order copies along with Order completion certificate duly mentioning year wise quantity supplied. The Order completion certificate should have been issued by the authority not lower than the rank of Executive Engineer.The bidder Should upload Purchase Order and Order completion certificate duly mentioning year wise quantity supplied. The Order completion certificate should have been issued by the authority not lower than the rank of Executive Engineer.

The tendered material supplied by the bidder should have satisfactory performance for min period of 1 year as on last date of bid submission.The bidder should upload the satisfactory performance certificate clearly indicating min period of 1 year satisfactory operation. It should have been Issued by the authority not lower than the rank of Executive Engineer.

The Bidder shall upload the type test certificates for having conducted all the type tests on major Lead Wire from M/s. CPRI/ERDA/ NABL accredited labs & such tests reports shall not be older than 5 years from the date of bid opening.The bidder should upload type test certificates issued from CPRI/ERDA/NABL accredited labs for the LT Lead wire of the relevant capacity confirming to the relevant IS not older than 5 years from the date of Bid opening.

There should not be deviation in Technical specifications beyond permissible limits as per IS.The bidder should upload GTP for the LT Lead wire. The deviations should be within limit as per relevant IS.

The Bidder should not have been blacklisted, defaulted & short close of Purchase order for non-supply of tendered material by KPTCL/any ESCOM/any Public utilities as on last date of submission of bid. Self-declaration in this regard shall be uploaded

The bidder from Nations sharing Border with India should upload the certificate issued by GOI. OR self-declaration for not from Nations sharing Border with India.

Litigation History.The tenderer should provide detailed information on any litigation or arbitration arising out of contracts completed or under execution by it over the preceding five years. A consistent history of awards involving litigation against the tenderer or any partner may result in rejection of bid.

The bidder should have Average annual Turn-over not less than 100% of amount put to tender during the last 3 preceding Financial Years. However it is 50% of amount put to tender for Micro & Small Enterprises during the last 2 preceding Financial years.

Liquid assets (Cash at Bank, Term deposit , Availability of credit facility) in any Nationalized/Scheduled Commercial Bank on or after the date of notification of tender shall not be less than 25% of the amount put to tender. However it shall not be less than 12.5% for Micro & Small Enterprises
