Removal and refixing of stone chajja 50 to 75mm thick, stone used to be similar to the existing ones at the site, cutting in proper shape and providing interlocking keys in the new as well as old stone for proper bonding including finishing the edges in all respects in lime surkhi mortar (1 lime putty : 2 surkhi).

Providing and fixing of stone chajja of same quarry and texture stone as existing 50 to 75mm thick, stone used to be similar to the existing ones at the site, cutting in proper shape and providing interlocking keys in the new as well as old stone for proper bonding including finishing the edges in all respects in lime surkhi mortar (1 lime putty : 2 surkhi).

Repairing of existing historic window/doors for hardware, rotten/ deteriorated parts. Proper fixing and making it operational with locking possibility including moulding, carving and polishing. Refer drawings for window types.

P/F of Fine dressed & machine cut edges 75 mm thick chittor/nimbahera stone flooring over 20 mm ( average ) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand ) jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of stone complete with grinding & polishing as per the intructions of Engineer In-charge complete in all respects.

P/F of Fine dressed & machine cut edges 25 mm thick chittor/nimbahera stone flooring over 20 mm ( average ) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand ) jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of stone complete with grinding & polishing as per the intructions of Engineer In-charge complete in all respects.

Removing of old sulphated lime wash/white or colour wash in multiple applications without causing damage to the surface below. Scrubbing (not by scraping which leaves surfaces scarred and scratched ) with bristle brushes and hot water ( Care to be taken if the surface is weak one it will break down). Hot water should be used if the limewash has an oil or tallow binder. Gentle cleaning with air abrasive tools can be used if the wall surface is not very week.The final clean will almost invariably have to be carried out by hand scrubbing and rinsed with clean water on completion. The work should be done under supervision of a trained conservator (The rate is inclusive of all materials & labours involved except scaffolding).

Restoration of stone niches in udaipur style including base, verticle stone ,lintel mehrabs etc and all masonry plaster, lime kara , araish complete as per direction of conservation architect.

Providing and fixing stone door pivots of the size and design as per the original pivots found on site or as directed by the Engineer in charge. The item to include carefully removing the existing damaged stone pivot with minimum damages to the adjacent wall surfaces and inserting the new stone pivots of the same size and design and making good the damages incured to the wall during the works. Item to include making hole in the stone pivot of required diameter for inserting the door for smooth movement of the door shutters. (Quantity to be taken for measurment as per the replaced stone block size)

Providing new /restoration of decorative stone door frames & architraves as per the original details found on site. Damaged portions of the original door frame/ architrave to be carefully dismantled without damaging adjacent areas, & replacing the same with new detail of the same size & design. Sample of the terracotta frame/ architrave to be shown to Engineer in charge for approvals before procuring & fixing the same. Item to include all necessary anchoring details, scaffolding if required etc. complete. Mode of Measurement: Item to pe paid only for the part of the door frame/ architrave made new & not the entire frame/ panel of architrave

Refixing of loose stone cladding and pointing with rich Lime mortar & proper adhesive with pigment to match the shade of stone complete. Thickness 50 to 100 mm with nessacary joining accassory etc. Complete .

Stone consolidation‐removing the loose/damaged stone and reconsolidating with newstone/reusable stone with lime mortar(1:3) wherever ncessary

Providing and fixing stone dowels 10x5x2.50 cm cut to double wedge shape as per design in lime mortar 1:2 (1 lime : 2 coarse sand), including making the necessary chases.

Providing and applying two or more coats of linceed oil on heritage wooden door and window on cleaned and prepared sub base/base surface ie 3.5sqmt per litre per coat and difference between each coat minimum 3days or absorb linseed oil as per direction of conservation architect.

Providing/Fixing chittor/Nimbahera stone Meharab as per existing design pattern and size including all scaffolding, lead & lift and as per the intructions of Engineer In-charge complete in all respects.

Providing/Carving/Fixing of Nimbahada/chittor approved sand stone 2 Mt long benches with 75 mm thick pan patta dasa top fixed in stone pair as per detail drawings,design and as directed by engineer incharge complete in all respect.

Providing,carving and fixing of 750 mm high elephant head decorative bollards (100 mm dia circular base and 400 mm wide head profile ) of Chhitor/nimbaheda stone with fixing in White cement with Araldite & colouring pigment to match same as stone colour and as per detail drawings,design and as directed by engineer incharge complete in all respect.

Providing,carving and Fixing of building signages in Nimbahada/chittor/equivalent approved sand stone of size 1000x500x50 mm.Engraving,painting of latters as per drawing and design.The signage stone shall be fixed on the building wall complete as per details and drawings and as directed by engineer incharge.

Providing and fixing new /restoring damaged wood with well seasoned Sheesham wood openable heavy double leaf wooden paneled shutters for wooden gate as per the original design and pattern (50-75mm thk verticle plank covered with horizontal/verticles battens on back side also) instructed by the Architect including all necessary fitting M.S/ cast Iron hardware like screws, nails, metal spikes, metal pettern of flower, metal ribets,m.s hand made nails, huke, kadi, butt hinges,parliamentary hinges, tower bolts, handles, of the same design, size and weight, etc. complete. Item to also include making all the mouldings and design of the panels as in the original detail with all beading patti as per size etc. Contractor to ensure that moisture content is well within IS codes and in case the timber available is not naturally seasoned, Contractor to get it seasoned in seasoning plant at his own cost. Any timber found unseasoned shall be rejected. All timber to be free of knots, cracks etc. all complete as per specification for levels.

Removing damage solid stone piece, and Providing & fixing new stone ( plain / ornamental) in Nimbaheda Stone with mechanical/ manual system carefully as per existing stone design & pattern as directed by engineer in charge complete in all respect.

Add extra over item of Stone masonary in superstructure for construction of Kangoora with stone masonary as fort and traditional practice including making holes and teerakash etc. matching with existing pattern complete in all respect.
