Providing and fixing ridges and hips in fibre cement reinforced by organic fibres and/or inorganic synthetic fibres roofing with suitable fixing accessories or self drilling fastener and EPDM washer etc. complete. Plain wing adjustable ridges

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 1.0 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineerin- charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. omplete. 40 mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate

Providing and fixing glass strips of 5.5 mm thick in joints of floors and skirtings at the time of laying floors flush with floor level including all materials labour, Tools & Plants etc. complete. .

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications : Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/ 10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/ 10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture

Half brick masonry with common burnt clay (non modular) bricks of class 150 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level. Cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement :3 coarse sand)

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm)

Class 150 brick work in 1:4 cement and corse sand of 2.25 fineness modulus mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and laying 80mm thick interlocking cement concrete tiles ( 30 mpa) including levelling and dressing of surface to required level and slope filling joint with local sand including the cost of labour ,material and T&P required for proper compition of work as directed by engineer incharge.

Providing and Applying Plaster of Paris Puttey over Plastered surface of surface to prepare of surface even and smooth

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : New work ( Two or more coats ) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer.

Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed pvc conduit, with modular switch, modular plate, suitable Gl box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required.

Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed pvc conduit, with modular switch, modular plate, suitable Gl box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required.

Supply and laying of aluminium conductor PVC insulated armoured served sheathed cables 1100 Volts grade at a depth of 750 mm below ground levelover a cushionof 75 mm. thick sand all around and protected with burnt bricks on sides and on top. On surface the cable run shall be fixed on M.S. clamps etc. of suitable size or as directed by the Engineer-Incharge,complete in allrespect. The armouring of the cable shall be properly connected with the earth conductor by clamps etc

Supply and fixing of brass nickleplated compressiongland for PVC insulated& armoured served sheathed, undergroundcable including rubber ring etc. complete in all respect. The armouringof the cable shall be properly connected with the earth as per direction of Engineer-Incharge.
