Demolition of Brick Work/concrete/Stone boulder masonry built in cement mortar as in drain/compound wall etc of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of fencing post or struts ( wood/steel / RCC) any section including taking out iron strap, bolts and nuts complete and making good surface in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh any type complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in sub base for flooring complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, driveways or light traffic parking etc. of required strength, thickness & size/shape made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand compacting and proper embedding / laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for coloured chequered cement concrete tiles with grey cement and pigments 30cmx30cmx25 mm thick set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Colour of tile as approved by GE)

M&L for coloured vitrified heavy duty ceramic scratch and stain resistant external tiles of size 40cmx40cmx12 mm thick set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Colour of tile as approved by GE)

M&L for fixed in repairs galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in post holes (for similar holes) each n.exc 0.5 cum getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubbed mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 m and making good surface in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M &L providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in lintel upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, stringcourses lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones bed plates,kerbs incl weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps incl embeding in concrete and screwing etc, wind ties for roof incl securing bolts, posts and struts in fencing incl cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc., flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) incl all necessary drilling bolting for riveting etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only 4mm dia MS galvanised chain link fencing of size 50mmx50mmx4 mm or type complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only MS galvanised chain link fencing including line wires any mesh of size 50x50x4mm fixed with standard rails, straining bolts etc incl provn of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F MS angles, bars flats etc as in support for stiffening of fencing wall ties, hold fasts, clamps and similar works confirming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Mild Steel round bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally hooping for columns, hookind ends and binding with mild steel wire annealed not less than 0.90 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Two coat of synthetic enamal paint over a coat of red oxide ,primer including prepration of new steel surfaces exc, 10cm in width or girth.

S & F MS screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square head at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut of n. exc. 5cm long and 11mm to 15mm dia neck complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete in 1:3:6 block masonry type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate with solid blocks exc 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L cement concrete 1:3:6 type C- 2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 45 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, incl forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Precast RCC cover slabs with 1:2:4 concrete Type B1 ( Using 20 mm graded stone Aggregate) sectional area exceeding 100 Sq.Cm but not exceeding 250 Sq.Cm after demolition of old existing damaged cover slabscomplete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length ,bent to shape required , including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick wall finished even and smooth without usingh extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out mud/Soil etc from drains including removal of drain cover slabs of any size and description and re-fixing the covers in the same position after removal of the mud /Soil outside the MOD land complete all as specified and as directed.
