Excavation of earth for 02 No. C +10 type tower as per profile and specification @222.913x2 M³ for each tower.
Shifting and loading of 02 Nos. C+10 type stub at EFU Naini. Transportation of the same from Naini to 132 KV Raja Talab substation. Unloading and shifting the same at Raja Talab substation.
Shorting of 02 Nos. C+10 type tower part mark wise including stub & templates at 132KV substation Raja Talab shifting of the same from stacking place to loading point and loading on private vehicle. Transportation from Raja Talab to Village Mehndiganj, unloading at site.
Stub setting for 2 No. C+10 type tower.
Concreting in ratio 1:2:4 for 02 Nos. C+10 type tower @ 54.610 M³/Tower Tower.
Reinforcement with M.S round bar as per specification for 132KV DC tower including cost of material.
A) Destringing of 3x1.886 Km ACSR panther conductor between loc. No. 08DB+5 & 13DB+5 safely and making role of the conductor and then carrying them safely to store and stacking properly.
B) Destringing of Earth wire 1.886 Km between loc. No. 07DB+5 & 10DC+0 safety and making role of the earth wire and then carrying them safety to store and stacking properly.
Dismantling of 01 No. A+0 type tower at loc. No. DA+5 type tower at location no. 10 by way of breaking tack welding and safely removing lattices structure and carrying the dismantled tower part from site to UPPTCL store including scrap nut and bolt & stacking properly.
Erection of 02 Nos. C+10 type 132 KV tower and their extensions including all wok above ground level excluding hoisting of insulators, hardware & accessories but including fitting of danger, number, phase plates fixing and punching.
Laying, stringing, tensioning, clamping, jointing, etc. of ACSR Panther conductor 3X1.886 Km.
Laying, stringing, tensioning, clamping, jointing, etc. of earth wire 7/10 SWG.
Pipe earthing.
Tack welding up to two sections of newly erected towers.
Shifting, loading of dismantled parts of 01 Nos. tower at site and transportation of same from Village Mehndiganj to 132KV substation Raja Talab Varanasi.
Grounding work including earth work etc for pipe earthing/grounding including cost of choke and salt.
