CERTAIN REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE OF STP (BY OEM) INSIDE AWC MHOW UNDER GE(AWC) MHOW.

Comprehensive maintenance of sewage treatment plant of capacity 250 kLD installed at AWC including all consumable materials, repairing, replacement of any part of STP complete all as specified and as directed.

Note For Item No 01.00 :- (A) The rate quoted by the contractor shall deemed to be included for all the aspects mentioned in items, specified and given here-in-after. (B) (i) The tenderer shall upload and submit original copy of MOU executed / made with OEM / E-In-C approved agencies/ M/s Hydrotech paryavaran India Pvt Ltd or M/s ION Exchange or M/S Thermax or M/s SIMA Labs Pvt Ltd before the scheduled bid opening date. (ii) The MOU shall be executed / made as per specimen MOU given in tender document. (iii) Please note that failure of bidder to upload MoU executed as per specimen MoU, the price bide will not be opened and no claim of whatsoever account account shall be entertained. NOTE:- Specimen of MoU (For all item) shall be as per performa for MoU as given in Particular Specification.

Note For Item no. 01.00 :- The Comprehensive mantainence incl recommissioning of complete STP shall be included in the rates provided by the contractor, no extra payment shall be provided to the contractor for any repair, running mantainence of STP or overhauling required, it will be the contractors sole responsibility to mantain the STP in working condition. If the contractor fails to keep the STP in working condition, recovery of Rs.5000/- per day per installation will be done and after a notice of 10 days if the STP is not made to order then the contract will be cancelled and performance security forfeited. (a) The comprehensive maint will include all major or minor parts of the STPs. No Claim/extra payment will be made for any reason whatsover. (b) Maintenance and replacing filter media of carbon filter incl activated carbon media as directed by engineer in charge. (c) Maintenance and replacing filter media of DMF filter incl silica sand of different grade (4-8, 8-16, 16-32, 32-64) as directed by engineer in charge. (d) Repair of foot valves, replacing washers. (e) Repair of all type of pumps and blower incl repairing glands, impellers, shafts complete all as specified and as directed. (f) Repair of all type of electric motors incl rewinding, replacing of bearing, shafts, nut bolts and washers complete all as specified and as directed. (g) Arresting leakage of GI pipelines any size and repair of butterfly valves any size. (h) Bidder is deemed to have visited the site and STPs and no claim / extra payment will be made to the contractor for non-functioning of STP for any reason whatsover. The contractor deems to agree that STPs are totally in fit condition.

Carrying samples for Testing of treated water of STP, submission of detailed test report to the office of the Engineer-in-charge and testing in NABL approved laboratory as approved by GE. Details are as under :- (a) Carrying out minimum essential testing of water as per IS 10500 of 1991 mandatory for chemicals, colour, odour, PH value, TSS, BOD, COD, Total residual chlorine, total Nitrogen, Sulphate, oil and grease , Ammonical Nitrogen (NH3-N) and Bacteriological total coliform organisms per 100 ml (MPN) and E colliie in 100 ml.

Testing of Sewage water as per relevant IS of STP , submission of detailed test report to the office of the Engineer-in-charge and testing in NABL approved laboratory as approved by GE Details are as under :- (a) Carrying out minimum essential testing of sewage water as per revlevant IS mandatory for chemical, odour, PH Value, TSS, BOD,COD total nitrogen, sulphate, oil and grease ammonical Nitrogen (NH3-N) and Bacteriological total collifrom organisms and other charaterstics as per relevant IS of sewage water.

Note for Item no. 04.00 & 05.00 :- Rate quoted shall deemed to be included for :- (i) Cost of sterilised bottle as required (ii) transportation charges for collection of sample

Periodical Cleaning of Sewage and removing settled down Sewage sludge cum mud/De-Silting etc STP Equalization tank complete all as specified and as directed. (After every 5 months)

Note for srl item Nos 07.00 - Cleaning shall be carried out by the following methods (i) Cleaning inner surface of tank by scraping with steel wire brush and removing mud & sludge collected inside the tanks manually and disposed outside MD land or at place as directed by Engineer- in- charge. (ii) Washing with clean water & bleaching powder mixture thouropuly complete tank internally and removal of left out sludge, if any, at site to and disposed outside MD land or at place as directed by Engineer- in- charge.

Rate quoted for item no 07.00 shall deemed include the following:- (i) Diesel Driven Pump Set/elctric pump set of appropriate capacity not less than 5/7.5 HP with operator including necessary POL required at site for De-Watering of Sewage septic water including PVC heavy duty flexible hose pipe for suction and delivery purposes . (ii) Tractor mounted storage tank of appropriate capacity not less than 1 KL with driver directly collected from the soak well and disposing the same outside MD area or to the location where approved by the engineer -in-charge . (iii) Labour element and T&P required for removal of settled down sewage sludge/mud inside the sewage tank for scooping out from inside and below the septic/staining sewage water inside the well and lifting the same and deposited on top and near by the sewage tank where directed and further to removal the same where approved by the Engineer-in-charge. (iv) Appropriate qty of Phenyle required at site for Sterilization of sewage sludge being collected in the Sewage tank as directed. (v) Necessary Oxygen Mask, Gloves, Gum Boot and all other safety aspects and including necessary Phawda, Steel Bucket, Manila rope etc. required at site as directed.

Material and labour for cleaning of MBBR tanks, Tube settler Tank, treated water tank, filter feed tank, chlorine contact tank and sludge drying beds from STP thoroughly by removing mud, grits etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (a) Cleaning inner surface of tank complete by scraping with steel wire brush and removing mud and sludge collected inside the tank manually at a distance /location as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (b) Washing with clean water and bleaching powder complete tank internally and removel of left out sludge if any at site at a distance /location as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only Bleaching powder grade -I ISI marked having stable available chlorine % by mass minimum 35% complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only DWPE for hypo dosing sytem in tube settler as per approved sample complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Sodium Hypo Chloride having 10% Chlorine content complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for complete STP cement paint 2 coats on concrete, brick or plastered surfaces and 2 coats Synthetic Enamel Paint on MS structures, pipelines, ACF and DMF Filters, MBBR Filters and other metallic parts connected in STP all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply only Bio culture to be fed in STPs every month for better functioning and working of STP complete all as specified and directed.

Complete overhauling and recommissioning of STP of capacity 100 KLD including dismantling the choked MS pipes, SS riser pipes, air diffusers in equalisation tank and MBBR tanks and refixing the same, providing with test report of treated water from govt. approved lab before completion of job. On completion providing training to the operators for operation of STP incl Pumping out sewage water from sludge drying beds and disposing the same as directed and a distance exc 50 mtr incl Hiring of pump set of required capacity. Note: (a) The plant will be taken over after successful completion of trial run of 10 days.

Repair and overhauling incl dismantling / taking down all electrical and mechanical connection of twin lobe blowers (Make:- Usha) capacity, pressure 0.50 kg/cm and servicing hole body, change gear oil/lubricant and V belt,overhauling of the same including refixing and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note;- spare parts and gera oil / lubricant shall be including supply of following materials in rate quoted: (a) Changing of rotors assembly alongwith shaft (b) servo gear oil super 90, Make indian oil (c) Bearing as per sample for air blowers (d) Gasket kit as per sample for air blowers (e) Oil sealas per sample for air blowers (f) V-belt as per sample for air blowers (g) Air filters as per sample for air blowers

Taking out old unserviceable/burnt copper winding of motors capacity upto 5 HP and material and labour for rewinding of electric motor of capacity upto 5HP , 3 Phase with super enameled copper winding wire of suitable gauge as per existing including cleaning of rotor slots, all winding/insulation material, varnishing etc. complete and testing at site on full load after reinstallation to the full satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge, all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Supply and fixing including cutting and welding in repair MS flanges 80 mm alongwith rubber gasket, nut bots and washers complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing including cutting and welding in repair MS flanges 50 mm alongwith rubber gasket, nut bots and washers complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing including cutting and welding in repair MS flanges 40 mm alongwith rubber gasket, nut bots and washers complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning the area of 100 kLD STP by cutting and removing jungle sturts, roots, bushes plants small trees etc and deposited to n.exc 50 mtr to 100 mtr outside installations incl spraying of chemical (Glycel / roundup) on complete area complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F as in repair Four core 4 sqmm cable PVC insulated multi-straned copper conductor drawn through in existing concealed conduit of 25 mm dia and connection at both ends with copper legs, colour code for phase Red / Yellow / Blur for neutral Black and for earth green complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F as in repair Four core 2.5 sqmm cable PVC insulated multi-straned copper conductor drawn through in existing metallic Conduit/GI pipe surface/concealed conduit of 25 mm dia and connection at both ends with copper legs, colour code for phase Red /Yellow/Blur for neutral Black and for earth green complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling, cleaning and refixing in repairs mild steel water tubing complete with all fittings size 40mm bore medium grade ISI marked IS-1239-1976 pipe laid in trenches on walls or in any position complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling, cleaning and refixing in repairs mild steel water tubing complete with all fittings size 50mm bore medium grade ISI marked IS-1239-1976 pipe laid in trenches on walls or in any position complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for dewatering with help of mud pump and Manning for cleaning of MBBR tanks of compartments of each 1.6m dia and height 6m size and removing all the settled solid sludge or any other type of material and through out side MD Land complete all as specified and directed. (100 KLD)

M & L for dewatering with help of mud pump and Manning for cleaning of tube settler tank of size 2m x 2mx 3m height (approx) and removing all the settled deposited fungus or any other type of bio-fouling complete all as specified and directed. (100 KLD)

Repair, servicing and rewinding of electric motor of 2 H P/ 1 HP and two coat enamel painting of all metal parts complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking out carbon filter from ACF tank and replacing with fresh carbon/ anthracite chemically treated incl servicing and cleaning the filters complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Media to be paid seperately.

M&L for taking out sand bed from cylinderical DMF tank and replacing the same with chemically treated filter beds viz. pebbles, sand etc chemically treated complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Media to be paid seperately.

Supply and fix submersible cable flat 3 core copper 6 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for MBBR media made of poly propylene with virgin plastic UV stabilized milky white specific gravity 0.95 to 0.98 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Tube Settler modules made of PVC complete all as specified including dismantling and taking out the old damaged tube settler media complete all as specified and directed.

Material for replacement of quartz silica sand 32-64 grade complete all as specified and directed.

Material for replacement of quartz silica sand 16-32 grade complete all as specified and directed.

Material for replacement of quartz silica sand 8-16 grade complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes ) in hard/dense soil each n exc 0.5 cu.m getting out returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Repairing / rewinding and cleaning internal parts of adjustable dosing pump with accssories including lead tubing , connecting nuts injection check valve , clay weight and ferrules with dosing system consisting of 40 ltr -100 ltr PE/FRP tank with PE/FRP lid and level gauges along with agitator with shaft and blade in plastic , mounted on tank complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for CI butterfly valve of 40mm bore, stainless steel disc, gear mountable design as per IS 13095 class PN-1.0 complete with nuts, bolts, washer and rubber gasket including taking out old unserviceable butterfly valve complete all as specified and directed.
