Transportation of HDT machine with accessories including handling of stores materials, preparation of site and boring of 110mm dia or above to suit site requirement and placing HDPE pipe of size 63 to 50 mm in single / double /triple etc required for crossing/laying of RailwayS&T cables in a combination of quad & signalling cables etc. as per required comprising upto 72 cores in any HDD section on land/bridges / culverts / track /pucca road crossing and blowing pulling of Quad /S&T cables within HDPE pipe. Boring of trench shall be minimum 3 (three) meter or more below the river bed, 01 (one) Mtr below or more the track 28 and 1.5 (one point five) meter below or more other lands including road /pucca road crossing area. This includes supply of permanently lubricated HDPE pipe of size 63 to 40 mm dia& its accessories suitable for HDT as per Specification No.RDSO/SPN/TC/45/2013 Rev.2.0 with Amdt. 3 or latest amendment & cost of the fuel and all other items which will be required for laying of cable through it. Inspection : RITES for HDPE pipe NOTE: The number of HDPE pipes (of any dia as mentioned above) to be pulled in any HDD section will depend upon the numbers of S&T cables to be pulled through that HDD section as per site requirement. At a particular site, the second / additional HDD is to be done only after completing the pullingof 72 cores of cable through 1st HDD other wise the second / additional HDD will not be counted as a new/additional HDD for the purpose of billing.
