Excavation in dense soil/ murrum/ interspersed with boulders etc. including removal of obstructions such as small trees, vegetation, concrete blocks of any size & shape, rails, concrete sleepers, tree trunks, etc. and shifting of all the above material and excavated material up to a lead of 100m and a lift of 1.5m including refilling foundation trenches with suitable excavated materials , as directed by the Chief Engineer or his representative. Supplying and Filling of murrum or other approved earth brought from outside, in layers of 20 cm (8") and consolidating and watering copiously, Using vibratory roller for compaction, carrying out relevant tests at regular intervals as directed, etc complete. Demolishing and clearing of Cement concrete in trap stone metal ( including cutting of embedded reinforcement bars/Structural steel), including dismantling of asphalt concrete, disposal of unserviceable material within a lead of 100m including all tools , plant, labour and material etc. complete.

Providing and laying Wet Mix Macadam, 15cm thick ,using basaltic stones as per Sec 406 "Specifications for Road and Bridge works ( MORTH) published by IRC (Latest Edition), including spreading, consolidating to required camber and gradient by rolling with vibratory roller of 80-100 KN static weight, compacting to the required density, etc. complete and as directed by the Chief Engineer or his representative All tools, plant, labour and material, etc. complete ( Note: Follow Technical Specifications in Sections 406 and its sub sections.)

Providing and laying Dry Lean Cement Concrete, 10cm thick using black trap stone metal aggregates as per Section 601 "Specifications for Road and Bridge works (MORTH) published by IRC ( Latest Edition), including mixing, laying, consolidating to required camber and gradient by rolling with vibratory roller of 80-100 KN static weight, compacting to the required density, etc. complete and as directed by the Chief Engineer or his representative All tools, plant, labour and material, etc. complete Note: Follow Technical Specifications in Section 601 and its subsections )

Construction of Cement Concrete Pavement (Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete pavement ) M35 grade( Design Mix), mainly 250mm thick ,over a prepared sub base with minimum cement content @ 400 kg per cum, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion joints as per IRC/MORTH latest specifications, construction and longitudinal joints, separation membrane of PVC sheet @ 125 microns, dowel bar of 32mmdia , 450mm long @ 300mm c/c , tie rod, PVC sleeves where required, admixtures as approved, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing ). All tools, plant, labour and materials etc. complete. Note: Dowel bars & Shuttering will be paid under respective items.

Levelling the Concrete top surface with a Vacuum Dewatered Concrete Flooring [VDF] / Tremix Flooring. The work includes compaction with a poker vibrator, running a screed vibrator twice over the surface, supported on channel shuttering spaced 4.0 meters apart or as required to achieve optimum compaction and levelling. The work to include lowering a system of lower mats and top mat over the green concrete which is attached to a vacuum pump to draw out excess water, to immediately harden the surface and making it workable for running the mechanical power floater to level off the surface. The last process is working the power trowel to trowel off the final finished surface. The final finished surface should be prepared as directed by Chief Engineer or his representative. All tools, plant, material and labour etc complete.

Providing and fixing 32 mm dia Dowel bars with Mild steel conforming to IS:432 or equivalent including cutting, bending, tying grills, placing in position, holding in position during concreting, providing PVC sleeve where required etc. including cost of binding wire. All labour tools ,plant & material etc. complete

Providing & fixing Steel shuttering for the road panels, etc. of any size and shape including cleaning, oiling, closing, gaps, maintaining line & levels, removing shuttering after concreting, provisions of necessary props, bracings and other supports etc. All labour , tools, plant and material etc. complete

Mechanical Saw cutting of the concrete pavement joints to make grooves of size 12 mm wide and 25 mm deep and filling with bituminous sand filler in the contraction joint as per the standard specifications or as directed by Chief Engineer or his representative at areas as mentioned in the working drawing. All tools, plant, labour and material etc. complete.

Supplying and fixing Pre-cast cement concrete kerb-stones of size 60cm(L)x45cm(H)x15(T) cms (factory made, the factory should be registered under appropriate Government agency) of M-20 grade with 20/25 mm nominal size granitic/basaltic aggregate properly consolidated by mechanical plat-form and vibrators with smooth finish including fixing at site complete as per specification. All tools , plant, materials and labour etc complete.

Providing and laying Soling with hard laterite rubble stone of 8-10 cm size, in wall foundations, including hand packing, watering, ramming etc. complete. All labour, tools, plant & material etc. complete

Providing and laying Plain Cement concrete (1:2:4) using 20 mm graded black trap stone metal out of quarried boulders as coarse aggregate including mixing, depositing, consolidating, levelling, curing etc. all labour and material etc. complete.

Constructing masonry in foundation and superstructure using precast cement concrete solid blocks having a crushing strength of not less than 35kg./cm2 (28 days curing) with a mix not leaner than (1:5:10) in cement mortar (1:6) including providing specially moulded blocks at junctions & corners, curing etc. All labour, tools , plant & material etc. complete.

Demolishing and clearing away Cement Concrete block or other masonry in C.M. including stacking serviceable material & disposal of unserviceable material within a lead of 100 M including all tools & plant, labour & material etc., complete.

Rolling with Vibratory roller 80-100Kn capacity on sub grade after excavation is completed to required lines and levels for preparation of sub grade, including watering copiously as directed and making as many passes of roller as required to obtain firm surface and until wheel marks are not seen and desired compaction is attained. Necessary Field/Laboratory Tests for checking desired compaction at regular intervals and places as directed are required to be carried out at places directed. All tools, plant, materials & labour etc. complete.

Dismantling of Paver Blocks, 100mm thickness, including removal of Bedding sand/M-sand and stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials within a lead of 100M. All tools, plant, labour and materials etc. complete.

Transporting and dumping surplus excavated material/dismantled material in the low lying areas, 7km lead including loading, unloading, transporting, rough levelling etc. at places as directed by the Chief Engineer or his representative. All labour, tools, plant and material etc. complete.

Hire and operation of Back Hoe Excavator Machine with Breaker attachment to be deployed at the discretion of the department, for excavation, breaking, filling or transport of Earth, Debris, Concrete etc as directed including, operator and consumable charges complete. All tools , plant, materials and labour etc. complete.

Hire and operation of Tipper Truck of minimum 6M3 capacity, to be deployed at the discretion of the department, for transportation of excavated / dismantled material for levelling purpose etc as directed including, operator and consumable charges complete.
