Upkeeping and maintenance of building complexes (excluding toilets) including scrubbing and cleaning of floors, glass panes, walls, false ceiling, metal surfaces etc. complete with materials and equipments as required as per Additional conditions of contract attached in page no. 163 of tender document. Only floor area will be paid. (Qty worked out for 24 months = 1075.49 Sqm/month x 24 months = 25811.76, say 26000 Sqm)

Upkeeping and maintenance of toilet blocks in building complexes including scrubbing and cleaning of floors, glass panes, walls, tiles, metal surfaces, providing sanitary cubes, fresheners etc. complete with materials and equipments as required as per Additional conditions of contract attached in page no. 163 of tender document. Only floor area will be paid. (Qty worked out for 24 months = 120.14 Sqm/month x 24 months = 2883.36, say 2900 Sqm)

Upkeeping and maintaining out side are of community hall and keeping the area neat & clean including cutting of grass, removal of unwanted vegetation including removal of garbage (once in three months) (Qty worked out for 24 months . In 3 months 1 time this item will be paid. 571.68 sqm x 8 times = 4573.44 , say 4600 sqm).

Dry cleaning of Door curtains of size ( 1.34x2.14) etc. complete with materials as required as per conditions (Qty worked out for 24 months = 4 times x 8 curtains = 32 nos).

Dry cleaning of Window curtains of size ( 1.30x1.45) etc. complete with materials as required as per conditions (Qty worked out for 24 months = 4 times x 26 curtains = 104 nos).
