Taking down carefully the old U/S Aluminium/Copper point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete including fixtures such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, sockets, regulators, electric bell etc. and making good disturbed surfaces of walls including necessary touch up the adjoining surface of disturbed area ie with OBD/colour wash/white wash etc. as per existing finish complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for point wiring with, standard copper conductor of size 1.5 Sqmm nominal area PVC insulated FRLS 1100 volts grade electrical cable in and including suitable concealed/existing PVC conduit medium grade and sunk in pressed steel terminal boxes of required size with top cover 3 mm thick plastic/laminated sheet of required colour with screws and cup washers etc. with all accessories including 1.5 Sqmm standard copper conductor PVC unsheathed cable earth and connected to earth dolly complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- The Rate is inclusive of cutting/chasing and making good distrubed surfaces in CM 1:3 and finished with the adjoining surfaces with ODB/colour wash/white wash as per existing complete. (a) One light /fan/Bell point/security light controlled by one way switch

(a) One light /fan/Bell point/security light controlled by one way switch Note :- 1. The rate is inclusive of cutting/chasing and making good the distrubed surface in CM 1:3 and same surface to be finished with the adjoining surfaces with ODB/colour wash/white wash etc. complete. 2. At roof slab, where there is burnt/blockage in the existing conduit, wiring will be done through new PVC conduit and rates are inclusive in above quoted item. 3. The rate is inclusive for if old wiring is normal wiring, then new wiring for modular point wiring to be done.

Removing excavated material to a distance n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and laying including taking out G.I. tubing light grade for encasing LT cables for mechanical protection, laid under plinth/ floors/ roads/ paths/ culverts or fixed on walls or concealed in walls or along the steel poles incl bends/clamps and all accessories size of suitable bore complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Boring holes under road pavement by bocky manually in any type of soil upto suitable bore complete all as specified and as directed.
