SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I [ AC PLANT WORKS]

Material & Labour for gas charging by vacuumising complete system of Central type AC plant of capacity 110TR with double stage vaccum pump of (-) 2 Kg/sqcm vaccum pressure after repairs to compressor or Repair in Refrigeration System, Charging the Dry nitrogen gas & hold up to 24 hrs and rectifing the leakage if any by bracing/welding/ replacing the "O" ring & Gland packing of service valve including Top up the compressor oil and charging the Gas upto desired pressure all as specified , instructed & directed. Note :- i) Once the Gas charged in it, it should hold in the system minimum six months if any gas leaked from the system the contractor has to charge the gas upto required level on free of cost and No extra cost on this account shall be claimed. ii) Compressor oil and Refrigerant gas shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item as supply only. iii) Labour charge for replacement of compressor oil and refrigerant gas is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. iv) leakage test on each complete unit shall be measured separately.

Material & Labour for descaling the condenser coil of Central type AC plant capacity 110TR by circulating descaling chemical through cooling tower re-circulating pump set up to 2 to 3 hours and open the end cover of condenser and manually cleaned the inner tubes with nylon brush until complete scale get removed and flush out with fresh water. Reconnecting the condenser end cover by replacing rubber gasket, bolts, nuts and including cleaning of cooling tower,make up water tank etc as required including commissioning in all respect complete all as directed.

All as per item No 3 herein before but of capacity 38 TR complete all as directed.

Material & Labour for Dismantling unserviceable Butterfly valves any type 200 mm dia supply and fix new valve 200 mm dia , butterfly type , including replacement of bolts , nuts , washers and rubber gaskets all as directed.

All as per item No 9 above but for 150 mm dia all as specified and directed.

Maintenance and repairs to compressor unit of Central type AC plant capacity 110TR including fault finding and rectification on microprocessor based control panel including its calibration all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Repair/ servicing work to be carried out only by service person of OEM or his authorised agency. (ii) Contractor must submit service report from OEM/his authorised service agency after repair by them.

Material & Labour for dismantling unserviceable / worntout "V" belts any type / model , supply and fix new "V" Belt of following specification and testing . Make :- FENNER / DUNLOP / V GRIP

(a) V- Belt of size A-83

(b) V- Belt of size A-57

(c) V- Belt of size B-124

Taking down the centrifugal pump set,12 to 15 HP , 3 phase, 415 volts, 50 Hz ( condenser & Chilled water re-circulating pump set) for servicing /overhauling by replacing unserviceable Bush & bearings, gland packing , studs, gasket etc including machining work to shaft reassembled the pump set, including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint including erecting testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 13 herein before but of capacity 10 HP complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 13 herein before but of capacity 7.5 HP complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down the condenser water recirculating pumpset along with MS frame from the existing foundation .Supply, fabricate MS frame of same type and size as per existing specification including welding and fixing including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint and incl connecting inlet & Outlet , electrical connections of pump etc for smooth functioning complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down the unserviceable motor and dismantling including taking out damaged/burnt out winding from motor, cleaning the slots with CTC and rewinding the same with new super enamelled copper winding wire of existing gauge and turns, oiling and greasing assembling and installing back into position for making motor fully functional and testing for satisfactory running complete for the following capacities

(a) 2 HP/3HP

Supply only Compressor oil (grade as per manufacturer recommendation) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Refrigerant gas(Non CFC) R-134A complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Refrigerant gas(Non CFC) R-407 C complete all as specified and directed.

Note for item no 18 to 20 - Labour charge is deemed to be included in the quoted rate of relevant repair items.

Material & Labour for Servicing and cleaning of following Air Handling Units ( AHU's ) incl humidification pumps of central type A/ C including taking down and cleaning of air filters by castic soda and flushing with water and refixing in original position and cleaning of fire dampers , blowers , spray nozzles , condensate water tray including greasing of blower bearing / blower motor , tightening belt, all bolts, nuts and testing for proper functioning all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) Servicing of AHU to be carried out once in the entire contract period and Each job will be measured and paid separately. (ii) Spares required for replacement if any shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items as supply and fixing.

Supply & Replace the MS lov - joy (Male & Female) coupling complete with star rubber disc as per sample for condenser recirculating pump & chilled water pump complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Replace the star nylon disc for lov - joy as per sample for condenser recirculating pump & chilled water pump complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix expansion valve suitable for 110 TR central AC plant complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Voltas

Supply and replace pressure gauge/Temperature gauge glycerin type complete all as specified and directed. Make scitific/fibeig

Supply & replace temperature sensor for water entering & leaving from condenser / chiller A/C plant/ AHU room complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replace single phase preventer unit 415 V,3Ph. Make : Minilec, Model : VSP-3 415 Volt AC, 3 Phase, 50 Hz/L&T/Siemens.

Supply & Replace HP /LP pressure cutout switch complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Replace HP pressure switch complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Replace LP pressure switch complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replace microprocessing unit PCB set as per recommendation of manufacturer for functioning of Central Air conditioning plant complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down the defective hot water generator and dismantling for servicing /overhauling including replacing unserviceable accessories, and re-erecting including all connections including testing complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for taking down unserviceable electrical contactors / relays / disconnectors/ Timer / fuse unit , any type /capacity / model from electrical control panels including supply and fix items of following specifications all as specified and as directed :-

(a). Contactor Set for 3 pole contactor AC, 415V, 70 Amps as existing . Make: BCH/ L&T /Siemens.

(b) Contactor Set for 3 pole contactor AC3, 110 Amps as existing. Make: BCH/ L&T /Siemens.

(c). Over load relay (direct mounting) of Range 63 - 80Amps Make: BCH/ L&T/Siemens.

(d). Over load relay of Range 100 - 160 Amps Make: BCH/ L&T/Siemens.

(e). Contactor set for 3 pole AC,415V ,32 Amps as existing. Make: BCH/ L&T /Siemens.

(f). Contactor set for 3 pole AC,415V ,25 Amps as existing. Make: BCH/ L&T /Siemens.

Supply and replace Air filter 5 Micron washable type suitable for AHU of Central Air conditioning plant complete all as directed.

Material & Labour for Dismantling unserviceable NRV 150 mm bore dia supply and fix new valve 150 mm bore dia including replacement of bolts , nuts , washers and rubber gaskets complete all as directed. Make: LP/leader/kirlosker

Material & Labour for Dismantling unserviceable water strainer any type up to 150 mm bore dia supply and fix new water strainer 150 mm bore dia , both flanged "U" type and suitable for existing location including replacement of bolts , nuts , washers and rubber gaskets complete all as directed.

Supply and replacement of MCCB, adjustable type of following capacity/specification ,440V, 50 Hz, with extended terminal & spreader link Make : Legrand / L & T/ Siemens/ ABB/ Schneider

(a) MCCB 4 pole, 36 KA, 250Amp

(b) MCCB 4 pole, 16 KA 63 Amp

(c) MCCB 4 pole, 16 KA 40 Amp

Material & Labour for Servicing and cleaning of following cooling towers of central type A/ C including taking down and cleaning of fils with water and refixing in original position and one coat of painting like as old colour and testing for proper functioning all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) Servicing of cooling tower to be carried out twice in the entire contract period and Each job will be measured and paid separately. (ii) Spares required for replacement if any shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items as supply and fixing.

Material & Labour for MS Pipe of any size cleaning with wire brush, apply one coat of metal primer and two coat of oil paint complete all as specified and directed.
