Taking down cement plastering of any description on brick / stone/ concrete wall / ceiling surfaces of any description including racking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removing debris outside the premises all as specified.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on other than fair faces of brick wall/ concrete surfaces, finished fair and even all as specified.

Material and labour for preparing newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified.

Removing plants, weeds etc.,on chajjas, roofs, walls at any position and at any situation of height upto and including 03 storeys/10m, RCC roof papapets and spraying weed controlling chemical using glyphosate or equivalent in dosages as per manufactures instructions, all as specified and directed.

Obliterating old writing of any description n.exc 0.1sqm with paint to match existing works all as directed.

Material and labour for re-writing letter or figures (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian ) n.exc 30cm height all as directed.

Material and labour for 5mm thick rendering on concrete surface of ceiling in CM 1:3, finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified.

Material and labour for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick wall/ concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified.

Material and labour for applying three coats of white wash on ceiling including preparation of newly plastered surfaces all as specified.

Note for Sl Item No. 1 to 23 the rates include for: a) Use of all scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles, etc. necessary for execution of work and protective measures. b) Removing of nails, making good holes, cracks, etc. c) Work in patches, and in narrow widths, bands, cornices, pilasters, etc., an cutting in edges to line, where necessary. d) Spreading and removing covering to doors, windows floors, fittings, etc., to product them from splashes. e) Removing and replacing furniture, movable cupboard, chicks, blinds, etc. f) Washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery, electric fittings, wiring, etc. of drops and splashes and leavings premise, clean and tidy.
