Material and labour for taking down carefully ceiling fan any type, sweep and make for overhauling including dismantling of blades frame and opening and examining motor cleaning of dust/dirt of fan cleaning of ball bearing and bushes with fresh oil and best quality of grease respectively and re-assembling complete fan after re-fixing parts complete all as specified and as directed. Material and labour for taking down carefully Exhaust fan 450mm sweep, dismantling of blades and motor, removal of electric connection complete all as specified and as directed. (Qty for addn/altn to Billets = 16 Each)

Supply and fixing Exhaust fan 200mm sweep, heavy duty motor with double ball bearing, PVC body, with PVC louvers to protect the fan in running condition, AC, single phase, 230 Volts, including connection with 1.5 sqmm mutistrand copper conductor flexible wire from ceiling rose, including outside louvers with proper hole, and necessary fixing arrangment and making good to disturbed surface complete all as specified and as directed. Supply and Fixing Bracket made out of GI light grade pipe of size 40 mm dia 1.5 mtr long bend to an angle of 120 degree with 02 Nos MS clamp 50mm x 50mm and 04 sets of nuts,bolts and washers painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed. (Qty for addn/altn to Billets = 6 Each)

M & L for distribution board (DB), double door type, as per IEC 61439-3 made out of sheet metal enclosure (CRCA sheet) dust and vermin proof MCB DB, TPN 4 way with 200 Amps rated copper busbar, 415 Volts with in built MCCB 63 Amps, 16KA, 2 neutral bar and 2 earth bar IP 54 protection,cable ties for cable management(Fully insulated busbar and shrouded neutral bars),reversible door for IP 43 & IP 54 ,flush mounted to wall complete all as specified and directed. Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6.0mm thick buried directly in ground, (Earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to and including 4 mm dia galvanized earth lead wire by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized standard iron or steel all as specified or indicated in electrical plate No 3 of MES Part-I, including testing on completion including the material and labour of the following: - (a) Excavation and earth work or drilling hole for electrode in any type of soil. (b) PCC pit in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1. (c) Precast RCC cover with suitable handle 40 mm thick in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric weighing not less than 1.87 Kg/Sqm. (e) 15 mm nominal bore light grade GI protection pipe 5 mtr long for protection of earthing lead from mechanical injury or tempering. (f) Requisite quantity of common salt and charcoal. (g) Testing of earthing. Note: (1) The earth resistance shall be less than 1 ohms after completion of earthing. If the desired earth resistance is not obtained, the earthing shall be re-done by the contractor at his own risk and cost to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
