Almirah Steel Large 1/2H x 1/2 Sh (FD-1033)
(a) Taking out of broken door shutter from Almirah Large Steel and re-fixing the same existing door shutters in original position with pin type new steel hinges of existing size duly welded as required including denting . All as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and shown on drawing.
(b) Removing the worn out u/s handle from the almirah and providing/fixing of new handle chromium plated heavy duty as approved by Engr-in-Charge/GE.
(c) Removing the worn out u/s lock from almirah and providing/fixing with new lock 6 lever with deuplicate key ISI marked with round shape of MS key plate as approved by Engr-in-Charge/GE duly fixed as per drawing.
(d) Removing the worn out u/s 3 way locking device and providing/fixing the new one in its original postion as per drg.
(e) Removing the worn out u/s leg and providing / fixing the new leg made out of MS sheet 1.00mm thick in its original position duly welded as per drg.
(f) Removing the worn out u/s Hanging rod and providing / fixing the new Hanging rod made out of stainless steel in its original position as per drg.
(g) Taking out of u/s worn out shelf and providing the new one of existing size and shape made out of MS sheet 1.00mm thick. All as shown on drg.
(h) Removing the worn out paint from internal/external surface of almirah steel large by scraping. Necessary preparation of surface for painting duly dented/pitted and smoothen the surface and painting the internal and external surface with two coat of synthetic enemalled paint over a coat of primer Metal to bring the surface to a glossy shine as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(a) Remove the unserviceablepre-laminated particle board from both side of head board frame of bed. Supply and fixing with new pre limited particle board on the both side existing & fixing head board (Size of Board : 610mm x 230mm).
(b) All as per item No 3.01 here-in-before but for foot board. Size of Board shall be 610mm x300mm.
(c) Remove the existing unserviceable ply wood from bed and supply and fixing with new plywood 12mm thick BWR IS-303.
(d) All as per item No 1.08 here-in-before but for bed hard.
(e) Removing of old u/s rubber/PVC shoes from bed hard & S/F new rubber shoes of apporoved quality & fixed at the bottom of legs of bed hard.
Repair/Re-canning of Chair Varandah (FD-256)
(a) Remove of old caning from the steel frame of chair varandah and reconditioning the frame by means of welding wherever required to bring it in original shape as per drg.
(b) Remove the existing canning and supply and weave with 2mm thick new white plastic cane oval shape godrej patern and beading with 4mm thick new white plastic cane as approved by GE.
(c) Removing of old u/s rubber/PVC shoes from Chair Verandah & S/F new rubber shoes of apporoved quality & fixed at the bottom of legs of Chair Verandah.
(d) De-rusting/cleaning the iron frame to smooth surface and painting all steel surface with two coat of synthetic enameled white paint over a coat of red oxide primer to bring the surface with glossy finish and re-caning the same with 4mm white plastic cane oval shape as approved by Garrison Engineer as per drg and providing the new rubber shoe complete.
Repair/Re-canning of Chair Dinning (FD-279) Remove of existing unserviceable under mentioned members and providing the new one made out of 1st class HW well seasoned (Teak) and fixing the same in its original position as per drg :

(c) Front rail of seat frame (Hole should be 12.5mm apart of each other)

(h) Remove the existing canning and supply and weave with 2mm thick new white plastic cane oval shape godrej patern and beading with 4mm thick new white plastic cane as apporeved by GE.
(j) Removing of old u/s rubber/PVC shoes from Chair Dining & S/F new rubber shoes of apporoved quality & fixed at the bottom of legs of Chair Dining.
(k) Preparation of surface by Remove of existing polishing mark scratches from all exposed wooden surface to make clean and smooth with required grade of sand paper and finish with polish to bring the surface to require glossy finish and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
Chair Computer (FD/E6/MAP/01)
(a) Remove the Unsv and replace by new part for Back frame with Dimensions as shown on drngs. Back shall be of 18/19mm thick hot presed ply wood upholstered with fabric and moulded polyurethane foam. The back frame shall be designed with contour lumber supports for extra conform with PVC lapping all arounds complete all as specified and directed.
(b) Remove the Unsv and replace by new part for Seat frame of size 510x470x60. seat shall be of 18/19mm thick hot presed ply wood upholstered with fabric and moulded polyurethane foam complete all as specified and directed.
(c) Remove the Unsv and replace by new part for Hand Rest with Black intergral skin polyurethane reinforced with MS insert. It shall be scratch and weather resistant complete all as specified and directed.
(d) Remove the Unsv and replace by new part for Seat machine with Black intergral skin polyurethane reinforced with MS insert. It shall be scratch and weather resistant complete all as specified and directed.
(e) Remove the Unsv and replace by new part for Hydraulic of Chair Computer and providing/fixing of new Hydrolic as per drawing.
(f) Remove the Unsv and replace by new part for Pedestal assy injection moulded in black 30% glass filled nylon. A 10.5mm dia forged bright sinc plated MS castor pin is of press fitted into each prong for holding the castor. It is 600mm pitch centre dia complete all as specified and directed.
Repair to Peg Table (FD-277)
(a) Remove the old unserviceable leg and providing the new leg made out of 1st class teak Wood seasoned of size 30x50x362mm high and fixing the same in its original position as per drg.
(b) Remove old broken top rail and providing the new top rail made out of 1st class hardwood teak of size 20mm x 40mm x380mm and fixing the same in its original position as per drg.
(c) Remove the old top and providing the new top made out of 18mm particle board one side laminated exterior grade with 4mm teak wood beading all around and fixing the same on peg table in its original position as per drawing. Size of particle board shall be 450mm x 300 mm.
(d) Removing of old u/s rubber/PVC shoes from Peg Table & S/F new rubber shoes of apporoved quality & fixed at the bottom of legs of Peg Table.
(e) All as per Item No. 5.10 here-in-before but for Peg Table.
Rack Shoe Steel [FD/E6/MAP/02(R)] Removing of old unsv following parts of Rack Shoe Steel & fixing new parts of following :
(a) Replacement of 3mm dia CR Rod of length 300mm
(b) Replacement of worn out / rusted 25mm dia CR Pipe by welding with new parts
(c) 3mm dia CR Rod of length 700mm
(d) S&F PVC shoe fixed with MS Screw
(e) All as per Item no. 1.08 here-in-before but for Rack Shoe Steel.
Repair of Side Board (FD-241)
(a) Remove existing unserviceable legs of side board and Supply and fixing new legs made out of 1st class teak wood well seasoned all as shown on drg.
(b) Remove the unserviceable knob of side board drawer and supply & fix new stainless steel handle 50mm as per existing size and all as shown on drg.
(c) Remove the unserviceable back ply from side board and supply & fix new plywood 6mm thick BWR as per existing size all as shown on drg.
(d) Remove the unserviceable shutters from side board and supply & fix new shutters made out of 18mm thick particle board exterior grade one side teak face and loumerical white all as shown on drgs.
(e) Remove the unserviceable shelves from side board and supply & fix new shelves made out of 18mm thick particle board exterior grade one side teak face and loumerical white all as shown on drgs.
(f) Remove of the old unsv existing drawers and supply and fixed new drawers made of 1st class hard seasoned teak wood free from knots duly french polished.
(g) All as per Item No. 5.10 here-in-before but for side board.
(h) Removing of old unsv existing top of side board and S&F new top made out of prelaminated particle board one side teak face and other side commercial/balancing white exterior grade with french polished teak wood edging all around. Rest all as directed and as shown on drgs.
Teapoy Verandah (FD-255)
(a) All as per Item No. 7.03 here-in-before but for Teapoy Verandah.
(b) Painting to the steel frame of Teapoy Varandah with two coats synthetic enamel paint (1st quality) white after removing the old dirt stains and rust completely all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
(c) Removing of old u/s rubber shoes from Teapoy Verandah & S/F new rubber shoes of apporoved quality & fixed at the bottom of legs of Teapoy Verandah.
Table Dressing Gents with Mirror (FD-230)
(a) Removing worn out u/s frame of mirror and replace the same with new one made out of well seasoned teak wood of size 19x25x2320mm as per drg.
(b) Removing worn out u/s back ply of mirror and providing with new one ply wood 6mm thick of size 380x760mm and fixing the same in its original position as per drg with clits on back.
(c) Removing the worn out u/s broken mirror and replace the same with new one and fixing the same in its original position as per drg.
(d) Removing worn out u/s top of table and providing the new one made out of 1st class teak wood plank of size 900x300x 12mm and fixing the same duly beading in its original position as per drg.

(c) Remove unserviceable top and providing/fixing the new one made out of 18mm thick pre-laminated particle board of size 900x380mm with 4mm thick teak wood beading on front side and fixing the same in its original position.
(d) Remove unserviceable side and providing the new one made out of 18mm thick pre-laminated particle board one side teak face and fixing the same in its original position.
(e) Remove side of drawer and providing the new one of size 330x115mm made out of 18mm thick pre-laminated particle board and fixing the same in its original position.

(l) Remove the wheel of Stool and providing the new and fixing the same in its original position as approved/directed by Garrison Engineer.
(m) Remove the 75 mm 40D Cushion covered of Stool and providing the new and fixing the same in its original position as approved/directed by Garrison Engineer.
(n) Remove the unserviceable stainless steel channel double and replace with new one & fixing the same as per drg.
(o) Remove unserviceable mirror frame from its original position and providing the new frame made out of teak wood well seasoned size 3130x19x25mm and fixing the same in its original position as per drg.
(p) Remove the unserviceable broken mirror and providing the new one of size 1220x365x5.5mm thick as approved by GE/Engineer-in-Charge and fixing the same in its original position.
(q) Remove the ply wood from the back of the mirror and providing the new one made out of 6mm green ply BWR commercial and fixing the same in its original position as per drg.

(d) Remove the unserviceable shutters from bin linen multipurpose and supply & fix new shutters made out of 18mm thick particle board exterior grade one side teak face and loumerical white all as shown on drgs.
(e) Remove of the old unsv existing drawers and supply and fixed new drawers made of 18mm thick particle board exterior grade free from knots duly french polished.
(f) Removing of old unsv existing top of bin linen multipurpose and S&F new top made out of prelaminated particle board one side teak face and other side loumerical white exterior grade with french polished teak wood edging all around. Rest all as directed and as shown on drgs.
(g) Remove the Magnetic Catcher and providing the new as approved/directed by Garrison Engineer and fixing the same in its original position.
(h) All as per Item No. 5.10 here-in-before but for Bin Linen Multipurpose.
Repair of Stool Dressing (FD-374)
(a) Remove the existing unserviceable cushion from stool Dressing and supply and fixing the new cusions 75 mm thick x 40 density of size 450x380mm covered with new tapestry cloth duly stitched.
(b) Removing of exiting bottom frame and S&F new bottom frame of existing shape & size made out well seasoned teak wood.
(c) All as per Item No. 5.10 here-in-before but for Stool Dressing.
Table Dining 6 Pers (MAP) (FD/MAP-II/03)
(a) Removing old broken damaged top of table dining 6 pers and S/F new top made out of 18/19mm thick prelaminated particle board one side teak veneered with 19x4mm teak wood beading duly french polished all around the top.
(b) Removing old & u/s legs of table dinning 6 pers & S/F new legs of size 750x45x90mm made out of 1st class well seasoned teakwood duly fixing PVC rubber shoe at the bottom of legs with mild steel screws complete all as directed & shown on drg.
(c) Taking out old & u/s long rail and S&F new long rail of size 1500 x 45 x 90 mm made out of 1st class well seasoned teakwood complete all as directed and shown on drg.
(d) All as per Item No. 25.03 here-in-before but short top rail of size 900 X 45 X 90 MM.
(e) Removing old & u/s MS Right angle from the corner of table dining 6 Pers and providing and fixing new one of size 150 x 30 x 5 mm with mild steel screws complete all as directed & shown on drg.
(f) Removing of old u/s rubber shoes from Table dining 6 Pers & S/F new rubber shoes of apporoved quality & fixed at the bottom of legs of Table dining 6 Pers.
(g) All as per Item No. 5.10 here-in-before but for Table dining 6 Pers.
Repair of Chair Dinning (FD/MAP/II/05)
(a) Remove the existing unserviceable/broken PVC seat from chair dinning and supply & fixing the new PVC seat 4mm existing size in its original position all as shown on drg and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
(b) Remove of existing unserviceable under mentioned members and providing the new one made out of 1st class HW well seasoned (Teak) and fixing the same in its original position as per drg :
(i) Front Legs
(ii) Rear Legs
(iii) Front rail of seat frame
(iv) Side Rail
(v) Back Rail
(vi) Short stiffener
(vii) Back rest batten
(viii) Removing of old u/s rubber/PVC shoes from Chair Dining & S/F new rubber shoes of apporoved quality & fixed at the bottom of legs of Chair Dining
(ix) All as per Item No. 5.10 here-in-before but for Chair Dining.
Sofa Set 5 Seater (3+1+1) (FD-281)
(a) Removing of old worn out u/s front legs of sofa set 5 seater and providing /fixing new one made out of Teak wood well seasoned in existing shape and size and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
(b) Removing of old worn out u/s rear legs of sofa set 5 seater and providing /fixing new one made out of Teak wood well seasoned in existing shape and size and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
(c) Removing of old worn out u/s front rail of Long Sofa and providing /fixing new one made out of Teak wood well seasoned in existing shape and size and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
(d) Removing of old worn out u/s Back rail of Long Sofa and providing /fixing new one made out of Teak wood well seasoned in existing shape and size and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
(e) Removing of old worn out u/s front rail of Single Sofa and providing /fixing new one made out of Teak wood well seasoned in existing shape and size and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
(f) Removing of old worn out u/s Back rail of Single Sofa and providing /fixing new one made out of Teak wood well seasoned in existing shape and size and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
(g) Removing of old worn out u/s Arm Rest Sofa and providing /fixing new one made out of Teak wood well seasoned in existing shape and size and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
(h) Removing of old worn out u/s back wdn bearers of sofa set 5 seater and providing /fixing new one made out of Teak wood well seasoned in existing shape and size and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
(j) Removing of old worn out u/s bottom wdn bearers of sofa set 5 seater and providing /fixing new one made out of Teak wood well seasoned in existing shape and size and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
(k) Remove the existing unserviceable sofa cushion from sofa set 5 seated and supply and fixing the new cushion 100 mm thick x 40 density of size 530x560mm covered with new tapestry cloth duly stitched. Make: Kurlon/sleep well

Repair to Bed (FD-246)
(a) Remove the unserviceable plywood from both side of head board frame of bed. Supply and fixing with new plywood 4mm thick one side teak face on the both side existing head board (Size of ply : 780mm x 340mm) and 12mm dia half cut teak wood beading shall be provided with joins of plywood.
(b) All as per Item No. 29.01 here-in-before but for foot board. Size of Ply shall be 780mm x180mm.
(c) Remove of unserviceable legs from head board of bed and Supply and fixing with new legs in its original position made out of teak wood. Size of leg shall be 60mmx 60mm x 860mm and all as per drg and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
(d) Remove of unserviceable legs from foot board of bed and Supply and fixing with new legs in its original position made out of teak wood. Size of leg shall be 60mmx 60mm x 500mm and all as per drg and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
(e) Remove the existing unserviceable long rail and supply and fix new long rail (size : 35mm x 90mm x 1980mm) made out of Teak wood well seasoned and all as shown on drg and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
(f) Remove the existing unserviceable ply wood from bed and supply and fixing with new plywood 12mm thick BWR IS-303.
(g) Preparation of surface by Remove of existing polishing mark scratches from all exposed wooden surface to make clean and smooth with required grade of sand paper and finish with polish to bring the surface to require glossy finish and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
Chair School with Hand Board (FD/E6/MAP/05) Removal of following unserviceable /broken components Chair School with hand boad w/o damaging other parts and S&F new components of the following as per drawing :
(a) S & F one piece PVC Back and Seat as per drg.
(b) S & F 18mm pre laminated particle board top openable with PVC edging screwed 25mm hole steel pipe inserted in 20mm MS rod welded to frame as per drg.
(c) S & F new Busket below the seat shall be made of 5mm dia 7 Nos mild steel rod made to shape as shown on drg.
(d) Painting,removal of existing worn-out paint of frames and preparation of surface complete frame of Chair School with hand board and applying spraying 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint, Black paint by spray Gun for smooth & glossy finish.
Table Bed Side (MAP) [FD/MAP-II/15(R)]
(a) Removing old broken damaged top of Table Bed side and S/F new top made out of 18/19mm thick prelaminated particle board one side teak veneered with 19x4mm teak wood beading duly french polished all around the top. here-in-before but for TableBed side.
(b) Removing the US handle of table Bed side and providing the new one chromium plated 75 mm ' D' Type as approved/directed by Garrison Engineer and fixing the same in its original position.
(c) Removing old & u/s Hard rubber / PVC Shoe from Table Bed Side and supply and fixing new hard rubber / PVC Shoe to Table bed side at the bottom of legs complete all as directed & shown on drg.
(d) Remove of the old unsv existing drawers and supply and fixed new drawers made of 1st class hard seasoned teak wood free from knots duly french polished.
(e) Remove of the old unsv existing runner channel and providing the new stainless steel runner channel asapproved/directed by Garrison Engineer and fixing the same in its original position.
(f) Remove the existing MS legs from 650 x 25 x 25 mm and S & F new leg made out of 25mm x 25mm x MS tube 1.6mm aell thickness. All as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and as shown on drg.
(g) Removing the US ply wood from the back of the Table bed side MAP and providing the new one made out of 6mm green ply BWR commercial and fixing the same in its original position as per drg.
(h) Tightening of complete steel frame of Table bed side by the help of scew driver or by welding and making functional.
Almirah Steel Large with Shelf (FD-1031)
(a) Taking out of broken door shutter from Almirah Large Steel and re-fixing the same existing door shutters in original position with pin type new steel hinges of existing size duly welded as required including denting . All as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and shown on drawing.
(b) Removing the worn out u/s handle from the almirah and providing/fixing of new handle chromium plated heavy duty as approved by Engr-in-Charge/GE.
(c) Removing the worn out u/s lock from almirah and providing/fixing with new lock 6 lever with deuplicate key ISI marked with round shape of MS key plate as approved by Engr-in-Charge/GE duly fixed as per drawing.
(d) Removing the worn out u/s 3 way locking device and providing/fixing the new one in its original postion as per drg.
(e) Removing the worn out u/s leg and providing / fixing the new leg made out of MS sheet 1.00mm thick in its original position duly welded as per drg.
(f) Taking out of u/s worn out shelf and providing the new one of existing size and shape made out of MS sheet 1.00mm thick. All as shown on drg.
(g) Removing the worn out paint from internal/external surface of almirah steel large by scraping. Necessary preparation of surface for painting duly dented/pitted and smoothen the surface by putty and painting the internal and external surface with two coat of synthetic enemalled paint over a coat of primer Metal to bring the surface to a glossy shine as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(a) All as per Item No 32.01 here-in-before but for Almirah steel medium.

(a) Top made of 18mm thick Pre-laminated Particle Board with PVC edging fixed to M S frame with screw (Self Tapping hardened sheet metal screw)
(b) S & F Hard Rubber Shoe
(c) Painting with two coats of White Paint after necessary preparation of all exposed steel surface of Teapoy Verandah all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
Mirror Dressing Gents (FD/E6/MAP/16) Repairs to the following parts of Mirror Dressing Gents as shown in drawing and directed by Engr-in-Charge :
(a) Replacement of unserviceable looking mirror of size 1130x530x5.5 mm thick silver coated fixed on existing frame.
(b) Replacement of unserviceable glass shelf of size 5.5mm thick and providing/fixing of new glass shelf as approved by Engr-in-Charge/GE.
(c) Removing of UNSV back ply of mirror dressing gents and supply and fixing new plywood of size 1170mmx540mmx6mm thick 5 ply BWR grade all as shown on drawing and as specified.
(d) Polishing to wooden parts of mirror dressing gents with two coats of french polish after necessary preparation of existing surface all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
