Arrangement of all safety equipment for the protection of staff to execute the work in FST No. 1 & 2 on the height and deeply space. Like gamboot, safety belt, jacket, safety shoes, helmet etc. as per site requirement.

Isolating FST No.1 & 2 by closing of the sluice gate valves and gunny bags to maintain leak proof and completely drain out the from the FST and desilting the sludge accumulated in the FST complete in all respect with the help of proper logistics arrangements, dewatering pumps, labours along with required safety arrangements and dispose off at suitable place etc..

Making arrangement of FST No.1 & 2 by providing of Mechanical/Hydraulic jacks with statically/vertically M.S. / wooden support to make the bridge horizontal position as required and also make vertical support from bottom CC floor, M.S. Plate and vertical M.S. angle/channel to make proper horizontal position by deploying technical staff heavy labour and safety equipment's etc. as per site requirement. This includes the loading, unloading cost of packing and shuttering, material. Dismantling of Bridge from Turn Table.

Dismantling charges of FST No.1 & 2 of complete structure like vertical center cage - 1 No., scrapper Arm - 2 Nos., with the help of proper logistic arrangements and safety measures as required.

Repairing/Strengthening of center mechanism/center cage system by replacing of old burn out MS Angles (75x75x6mm) and MS C- channel (200 X 75 X 8 mm) of FST No.1 & 2 by removing of old burn out part, strengthening of serviceable part with the help of labour & machinery etc.

Repairing of FST No.1 & 2 of both Scrapper Arm made out by M.S sheet of size (200x8mm, 60 meter approx) and MS angle (50x50x5mm, length 120 meters approx.).

Supply of Tie bolt made from SS the size of tie bolt 40 mm dia x 300 mm long with 8 Nos. nuts adjuster of arm with CC of bottom level of FST by adjuster of tie bolts.

Repairing of FST No.1 & 2 of M.S. Scraper made from MS of 6 mm thick in L shape from MS plate of size 250 mm width x 3 mtr long with rubber squeezes of size 100 mm x 3 meter x 3 mm thick fixing by M.S flat between the bolt and fixing at bridge.

Mechanical Balancing of both the arm of FST No.1 & 2 by making proper distance between the rubber scraper and floor of FST etc. by tie bolts of both end etc.

Repairing/Strengthening of both FST of MS drum by proper logistics arrangements.

Repairing/Strengthening of FST No.1 & 2 walk way at the bridge by replacement of old and rusted MS chequered plate (8 mm thick).

Complete painting of FST No.1 & 2 of MS structure and walkway bridge with two coat of red oxide primer, two coat of epoxy paint.

Installation of above material with the help of proper manpower and logistic arrangements and Testing/Commissioning of the FST No. 1 & 2 after complete in all respect on no load / full load after assembling the parts.
