Special Repair of Malikuda - Palapada Road for the year 2026-27

Clearing grass & removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50m including cost of all labour T&P etc. required for the work complete to shape as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of un-reinforced plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement & M-30 (Grade) PCC, coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 20 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing, compacting & curing), etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including construction of contraction, expansion and construction of joints.

Earth work in hard soil by mechanical means over and above initial lead and lift including rough dressing and breaking clods 5cm to 7 cm size and laying in layers not exceeding 0.3m in depth with cost of transportation, all labour, T&P, royality etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work in excavation of foundation in hard soil with all leads and lifts and to required depth including dressing and levelling the bed and depositing the excavated materials away from work site etc.complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Filling foundation and plinth with sand well watered and rammed including cost, conveyance of materials, labour T&P, royalty etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Plain Cement concrete (1:3:6) in foundation with 4cm size C.B, h.g metal of approved quality and from approved quary including hoisting, lowering, and laying in layers to 10cm(4") thick to required level, ramming,watering including all cost & conveyance of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work with all taxes and royalities complete in all respects and as directed by the EIC.

Plain Cement concrete (1:3:6) in sub-structure with 4cm size C.B, h.g metal of approved quality and from approved quary including hoisting, lowering, and laying in layers to 10cm(4") thick to required level, ramming,watering including all cost & conveyance of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work with all taxes and royalities complete in all respects and as directed by the EIC.

Providing cement concrete of M-25 mix with 20mm and down graded size stone aggregate in foundation up to a depth of 1.50m. below ground level and upto a height of 1.50m. above ground level/ bed level including cost, conveyance, of all materials etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & fixing in position High yield deformed bars/ reinforcement confirming to Fe 500 grade with cutting, bending, binding, straightening, tying and placing in position, using binding wire 18 to 20 gauge, cost & conveyance of materials,labour, T &P etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & fixing Mild Steel informatory sign board 0.9 x 0.6m size MS plate with 1 no. square bar /angle iron post including painting, lettering, PCC grouting etc. complete as per drawing & direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
