Demolition of wall and ceiling boards (fiber, pulp, insulation, etc) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing and fixing calcium slicate board 12mm thick in ceiling fixed with screw as per manufacture's instructions and S&F powder coated aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling size of grid 605 x 605 mm with 6mm dia GI adjusting rod upto 600mm length fixed to purlin/rafters by means of ceiling cleats/ fastners with GI flat 40 x 3mm size 60mm long incl dismantling old false ceiling complete all as specified and as directed

Dismantling boarding of any description, fixed in any position with nails, complete all as specified and as directed.

GI frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of GI perimeter channel 0.55mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30mm and web of 27mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9mm thick having equal flanges of 15mm each and web of 45mm suspended from soffit at approx 900mm centre to centre with GI cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2m length) of 0.55mm thickness having kurled web of 50mm and flange of 26mm each with lips of 10.5mm fixed to the intermediate channel at 457mm centre to centre all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Hangers 6mm dia GI (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40 x 3mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia, 40mm long complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Providing and fixing Gypsum Board 12mm thick in ceiling fixed with screw as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and as directed..

M&L for Providing and fixing 10mm thick plaster of paris on ceiling to flat surface including for any sunk or raised moulding etc complete all as specified and as directed..

M&L for two coat of oil bound distemper over one coat primer on new ceiling surfaces all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises all as specified and as directed by engineer in charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type Bo using 12.5 mm graded stone aggtegate 40mm average thickeness finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for Vitrified Ceramic tiles (Light Shade) 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1: 6 complete all as specified and as directed by engineer in charge

M&L for Vitrified Ceramic tiles (Light Shade) 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1: 4 complete all as specified and as directed by engineer in charge

M&L for glazed coloured ceramic tiles in vertical surfaces 450 x 350 x 7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match 10mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces as in backing coat for tiles all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for 20mm thick granite (of any type) black coloured slab in single piece for platform of kitchen/WHB, machine cut bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for Prelaminated particle board, 19mm thick, exterior grade, one side with decorative choice lamination and other side balancing with white lamination fixed in cupboards or narrow widths, rebated or flat edged, fixed with screws to timber frame work fixed in repairs complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 2nd class HW plain solid straight chowkhat and frames, wrought, framed rebated on the solid rounded or chamfered put together with glue pinned at joints. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Second class hard wood plain fillets, square, rectangular or triangular in section wrought, secured with nails or breads of sectional area not exceeding 3 sqcm , complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Continuous (piano) hinges, mild steel, bright finish or electro- galvanized width of flaps (when open) 40mm, fixed in repairs all as specified and as directed

S & F in repairs 40mm dia cupboard knobs fixed with nut, screw and washers, Brass all as specified and as directed

S&F Hasp and staple, size 100 mm, aluminium anodised, safety type, with mild steel hinge pin, including bolt to hinge plate and fixed with screws complete all as specified and as directed

S&F in repair aluminium die cast body door closer hydraulically regulated, designation No. 2, universal type, suitable for door shutters of 701 to 850 mm in width and of weight between 36 to 60 kg complete all as specified and as directed
