PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION OF ADDITIONAL CLASS ROOM DORMITORY AT AT KGABV TANDA FATEHPUR IN DISTRICT AMBEDKAR NAGAR

Excavation in foundations in ordinary soil (Loam clay or sand) including lift upto 1.5 m.(5 fts.) and lead upto 30m.(100 fts.) & including filling. watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer-incharges upto a distance of 30 m.(100 fts.) from the foundation trenches.

Filling of Carted earth in plinth in 20cm layer including leveling, dressing and watering and also including of supply of earth including carted loading & unloading as per direction of Engineer incharge..

Sand filling in plinth excluding supply of necessary quantity of sand from a distance not excceding 8 km. (5 miles) from the site of work and including watering, ramming,dressing etc. rate to include cost of all materials, labour and T & P etc. required for proper completion of the work (Labour only).

Providing and laying Cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4coarse sand : 8 graded stone ballast 40 mm nominal size) including supply of all materials.labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work and curing complete. also including cost of formwork in foundation

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size de rived from natural sources) (i) R.C.C. work in Footing

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement :1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) (iii) R.C.C. work in Columns
