Part A:- TRACK MAINTENANCE

Routine maintanace of railway track in down line ,which shall be carrid out to the required standerd and as per guide line given in the IR pwm and need based for the safety of track including key man petrolling,lifting & packing at specific spot , replacing nuts bolts , key anchor plates,GR pads ,fish plate ,liners ,sleepers rails glued joints etc. lubricating point & crossing fish plate and greasing at turning etc complete required for routine maintanace work (excluding the cost of material but inluding tool and plants) as per the instruction of Engr in charge.(for total track lenght of 6.70 km)note : 1 minimum 20.nos of manpower to be engaged per day 2) if the agency failed to deploy sufficiant labours required in any day as per contract ,recovery @ double the unit rate of labour derived as per analysis /justified or awarded rate which ever is higher shall be made from the contractor.

Trollying rail and sleeper under trafic block by railways diplrry transport including loading, uncluding and stracking at nominated place as per direction of engineer-incharge with all lift, handing etc.

Cutting of rails up to52kg / 60kg section with hackshaw in running track including fixing and tightening of nuts and bolts complete etc. as per instruction of EIC.

Drilling of holes 32mm dia in rails 52kg/60 kg section in running track complete as per instruction of EIC.

Re-conducting targe rail/CMS crossing as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge.

PART B:- FITTINGS

Elastic rail clips with "J" type as per RDSO drg no. T-4158/

Elastic rail clip with flat toe ( MKIII ) to RDSO Drg. No. T-3701.

Combination GFN liners to RDSO Drg no. 3707 & T-3708

Metal liner to RDSO drg.no. T-3738 & T-3740

Grooved rubber sole plate to RDSO Drg.no.T 3711

Supplying of fish plates to RDSO Drg.no. T-090 ( M ) Alt.5

Fish bolts and nuts ( 25mm X 140mm ) RDSO Drg.no. T-1899 Alt-2

Providing combo fish plate 60 kg to 52 kg as per RDSO Drg. No. T-690, T-697, T-698, T-699 with up to date all alt and confirming to IRS, T-6

Providing 52kg joggied fish plate to RSDO drg. No. T-5551 with clamps to RDSO drg. No. T-5552 & 5552/1 and bolt to RDSO drg. No. T-11521 (One set complete of two fish plate and four clamps of each type and 4 bolts)

Providing MS Bolts & nuts ( 25mm X90mm ) including single coil spring washer as per RDSO Drg No. T-11687 IRS t-23

Providing single coil spring washer as per RDSO Drg. No. T-10773 confirming to IRS t-42-1988

Providing groove rubber sole plate set for point & crossing 1:8.5

Providing groove rubber sole plate set for point & crossing 1:12

Providing and fixing packing pieces as per RDSO Drg. No. T-025(m)

Providing and fixing nut bolts (125x190m) as per RDSO Drg. No. T-11514

Supply of C.I. check block for level crossing as per DWN No. T-4774 L(RDSO)

PART C:- CLEANING WORK

Day to day cleaning and removal of slush, muck, spillage coal from drain in between loading platform no 1 & 2 upto exit point A) Note 1) For rainy seasons (June to september) minimum 18 manpower to be engaged by the agency. Note 2) if the agency fails to deploy the sufficient labour required in any day as per contract recovery @ double the unit rate of labour draived as per analysis/ justified or awarded rate whichever is higher shall be made from contractor/ agency.

Day to day cleaning and removal of slush, muck, spillage coal from drain in between loading platform no 1 & 2 upto exit point B) for month ( October to may) minimum 10 manpower to be engaged by the agency. Note 2) if the agency fails to deploy the sufficient labour required in any day as per contract recovery @ double the unit rate of labour draived as per analysis/ justified or awarded rate whichever is higher shall be made from contractor/ agency.
