Peripheral Development of Harabhangi Dam of Mohana Block (Dam site park and hill top development projects at Harabhangi Dam, Adava, Gajapati)

Cleaning and grubbing proposed road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shurbes, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlire and disposal of top organic material not exceeding 150 mm in thickness including unserviceable materials to be used or auctioned with all leads, lifts & delifts on premeasurement including all cost of labour, T&P, cess etc complete excluding GST as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Earthwork in excavation of foundation in hard soil with all leads & lifts including rough dressing and leveling the bed and disposal of the excavated materials away from the work site with initial lead of 50m and initial lift of 1.50m etc complete including cost of all materials, labour and T&P and cess, taxes of all materials excluding GST required for the work etc. complete in all respect and as per the direction by the Engineer-in-charge. .

Earth work in excavation in hard soil and depositing the excavated materials in filling reaches of channel banks to the required section including breaking clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm size and laying in layers not exceeding 0.3m in depth with all leads, lifts & delifts, all labour charges, T&P, Cess etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (Measurement shall be taken on finished level section)

Filling foundation and plinth with sand including watering and ramming with all labour, T&P etc complete to the required level including cost, carriage, royalty, DMF,EMF,additional charges & cess, taxes of all materials excluding GST, etc complete as per the approved drawing, design, specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Cement Concrete M-15 grade with crusher broken black hard granite 40 mm size down graded chips of approved quality, mixing by concrete mixer and placing in position including hoisting and laying with all leads, lifts and delifts compacting with vibrator including cost, conveyance, royalty, EMF, DMF, loading and unloading of all materials, dewatering, curing, labour & cess, excluding GST etc. complete in all respect as per approved design, drawing, specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Random rubble H.G. stone masonry in cement mortar (1:6) in foundation and plinth with blasted and quarried granite stone of size 15 to 30cm its all lead, lift including cost, conveyance and royalty EMF, DMF & Additional Charges, taxes of all material excluding GST, all labour charges etc complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Cement Concrete M-15 grade with crusher broken black hard granite 20 mm size down graded chips of approved quality, mixing by concrete mixer and placing in position including hoisting and laying with all leads, lifts and delifts compacting with vibrator including cost, conveyance, royalty, EMF, DMF, loading and unloading of all materials, dewatering, curing, labour & cess, excluding GST etc. complete in all respect as per approved design, drawing, specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Reinforcement Cement Concrete M-25 grade with crusher broken black hard granite 20 mm size down graded chips of approved quality, mixing by concrete mixer and placing in position including hoisting and laying with all leads, lifts and delifts compacting with vibrator including cost, conveyance, royalty, EMF, DMF, loading and unloading of all materials, dewatering, curing, labour & cess, excluding GST etc. complete in all respect as per approved design, drawing, specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing rigid centering and shuttering for RCC work including flase works and dismantling then after casting including cost of all materials excluding GST but including labour , T&P, cess etc complete as directed by the Engineer in charge. (For RCC floor, slab and Chajjas).

Supplying, fitting including straightening, cutting, bending, shirting, binding the M.S. or HYSD reinforcement bars for R.C.C. work and tying the grills and placing in position including cost, conveyance of M.S. or HYSD reinforcement bars and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauges, loading, unloading incuding cost, carriage, labour, cess and taxes and all materials excluding GST etc complete as per approved design, drawing, specification and the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
