Removal of existing U/S legs replacing with new legs made out 1st class hard wood (Teak wood) 60 x60 mm at top 40 x40 mm at bottom 760mm long including providing hard rubber ring screwed. With 3 mm thick TW bearing all around all as directed and shown on drg.

Removing the unserviceable plywood from back side of side board and supply and fix new ply wood of size 625x1100mm , 6 mm as shown in drg and as directed.

Removing the unserviceable legs with frame of side board and supply and fix new frame of size 1050x360mm made out of TW stiffeners of size 25x45mm all around with 4 nos legs made out of 45x45mmx125mm on top and 25x25x125mm at bottom as shown in drg and as specified .

REPAIRS TO GARDEN LIGHTS

Supply, laying & testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty)with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade of following sizes:- Note:Earthwork,excavation, cable protection etc shall be measured and paid under releveant items

(a) 16 Sqmm 4 Core

(b) 10 Sqmm 4 Core

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 m wide and not exc.1.5 m deep for laying of cable, pipe and for erecting of steel tubular swaged pole etc, and getting out in hard/dense soil.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm.

Removing excavated material not exc 50 mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting points in soil all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, spreading and compacting of approved riddled earth sand in cable ducts / trenches for cable cushion on both top and bottom of cable, including ramming all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note :- Punned thickness only will be measured)

Supply and lay burnt bricks for cable protection of sub class 'B' standard size in trenches all as specified.

M & L for drilling/boring of road, pavement, hard standing with hydraulic pressure machine without damaging the existing road including fixing of HDPE pipe of 50 mm dia, 0.4 Mpa working pressure complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate cast in situ as in copings and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered or chamfered angles as directed including use of form work as necessary all as specified and as directed.

M& L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 with 40 mm Cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying of 50 mm steel tubing galvanised light grade complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix cable junction box IP 66 weather proof for outdoor with cable glands for cable entry for 4-10 sqmm of box size 130x180x77 mm with suitable terminals including clamp and nut bolts all as specified and directed. Make Hensel Cat No KF 1010G or equivalent.
