Taking down point wiring (light, fan, socket and power complete including fixtures and fittings such as switches ceiling roses, pendents , regulators, sockets, light fittings etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody for refixing or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good distrubed surfaces of walls, floors, etc.complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Point wiring with PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLSH cable single core multistranded copper conductor 1.5 sqmm size, 1100 volts grade cable conforming to IS - 694 1990 drawn through and including PVC casing caping of suitable size with all accessories including fabricated MS terminal boxes fixed flush with wall surface with 3 mm thick plastic masonite laminated sheet top cover fixed with cadmium screw for mounting switches, sockets, regulator etc including 1.5 sq mm FRLSH stranded PVC insulated and unsheathed copper conductor earth continuity conductor to common earth and connecting to earth dolly for one light or fan point controlled by one switch single pole one way for light/ ceiling fan/ exhaust fan /call bell point/ Switch socket outlet 5 amps complete all as specified and as directed. Supply and laying dry coarse sand as in cushioning of under ground electric cable in trenches, laid to a uniform thickness of 23 Cm (15 Cm under the cable & 8 Cm over the cable) and gently punned down to 18 Cm thickness complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Thickness after punning down shall be measured for payment.

Supply and laying in trenches Bricks, sub class 'B' over burnt (kiln burnt) old size bricks, laid flat dry with width of the bricks laid to the axis of the cable for protection of cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Laying only in trenches Old serviceable bricks obtained from taking out old unserviceable XLPE cable, laid flat dry with width of the bricks laid to the axis of the cable for protection of cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out old U/S LT UG cable of any size and any description including GI pipe of any dia fixed with bldg and bricks for cable protection where ever appeared complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (i) Serviceable bricks obtained shall be stacked properly for re-use. (ii) Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and laying XLPE insulated PVC sheathed, armoured, aluminium conductor cable 1100 Volt grade 10 Sqmm 4.0 core in duct/floor/wall with provision of saddle and lugs, joints etc including connection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying XLPE insulated PVC sheathed, armoured, aluminium conductor cable 1100 Volt grade 6 Sqmm 2.0 core in duct/floor/wall with provision of saddle and lugs, joints etc including connection complete all as specified and directed.
