BAMBOO ROOFING – Procuring, fabricating, supplying, and installing bamboo roofing in position, consisting of CCB-treated flattened bamboo for the top and bottom layers of the roof, as required. The work shall include providing a waterproof and UV-resistant sheet between the two layers of flattened bamboo, as per the specifications and drawings provided.The scope of work also includes providing and fixing vertical posts with proper hardware items, such as G.I. fabricated pipe cladding with bamboo layers, fixed in concrete foundations and finished with granite stones, etc. The work shall further include supplying and fixing screws, wires for fixing the flattened bamboo, brown shade net, and all other necessary accessories and complementary materials required for proper completion of the work. Providing polish to all flattened bamboo surfaces, both top and bottom, with approved polishing material is also included. The rate shall be inclusive of all costs towards conveyance, transportation, labour, bamboo materials, hardware fittings, and all other incidental and complementary materials required for complete execution of the work.
