Part-A:- Strengthening work

Clearing & Grubbing of wild Vegetation, Grass, Bushes etc., upto 300 mm with removal of stumps of trees which cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials & stacking of serviceable materials to be auctioned upto a lead of 1000 m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm as per technical specification.,

Picking the existing bituminous road surface to the depth of 100 mm & disposed with a lift upto 3 m lead upto 1000 m as per technical specification

Earthwork excavation in all classes of soils except hard rock requiring blasting and depositing on bank with all leads and lifts as per SS20B including cost of all labour charges, materials, tools, equipments and all incidental charges, including compacting with power roller, watering, including all hire and fuel charges for all tools and plants, removal of other deleterious matter and obstructions, trimming of bottom of excavation back filling, clearing up the site and disposal of all surplus materials etc., complete as per standard specification. Providing laying and compacting red gravel in accordance with requirements of the specification materials shall be in one or more layers as necessary including watering, consolidating by the power roller rolling and all labour charges for soiling including hire charges for consolidation etc. complete. Km 0/0- 1/0

Providing and laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam(WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in machanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers with pavers in SubBase/Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including cost of material,labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete.

Providing and laying Prime Coat over WBM/ WMM surface using 7 Kg of Emulsion Bitumen (SS1) per 10 sqm for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it, including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per Clause 502 of MORTH Rev-5

Providing and laying Tack coat surface with Bitumen (RS1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on granular surface treated with primer cleaned with hydraulic broom as per clause 503 of MORTH 5

BITUMINOUS CONCRETE USING cmp (Grade-II) Providing and laying Bituminious concrete using 0.13cum of 19.00-9.50mm. 0.17cum of 9.5-2.36 and below with 50.3kgs of VG30/VG40 include 8% plastic waste heating the bitumen and aggregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, carrying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 40mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonnes vibratory/phenumatic roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc.including hire charges and fuel charges foe 20-30t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks,paver finisher/9m paver finisher,vibratory/phenumatic roller and all other tools and plants required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clauses 507 of MORTH Part-5

Providing and laying of hot applied Thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectoising glass beads @ 250 gms per Sqm area , Thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC :35 . The finished surface to be level , uniform and free streaks and holes etc complete as per MORT & H specification No.803 - Road Marking - Edge line

CD Works-1:- CONSTRUCTION OF SLAB CULVERT

Earth Work excavation for foundation in all soils and to full depth as may as be directed in hard rock requiring plastering but inclusive of shorting, strutting and baling out water wherever necessary and refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth as per SS20B

CC 1:4:8 mix using 40mm ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of materials and all labour charges etc., (For Foundation)

CC 1:3:6 mix using 40mm ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of materials and all labour charges etc., (for Below sill)

Supplying and Fabricating and placing in position MS steel or Ribbed Tor Steel for all Reinforced Cement Concrete works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire in all floors etc, Complete complying with stanard specification.(MS rod or RTS bar will be supplied departmentally at section stores and cost will be recoverd at issue rate). the binding wire shall supplied by the contactor.

Supplying and erecting centering are strutting including neceassary supports for place surface for RCCcolumns fottings and pedestal beems crtitical pears erc., using mild steel angles of sizes 90x60x10cm gauge stiffness welded mild steel angles of sizes

PCC 1:2 :4 mix using 20mm I SS size hard granite broken metal from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site including cost of cement and including all labour charges etc., complete as directed by the Engineer (Bed block)

Cement concrete 1:1.5:3 using 20mm ISS HBG metal for all RCC item of works including cost of Rein forcement and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering but including curing and shall be finished smooth with cement mortar 1:3, 12mm thick. and with kraft paper without claiming extra as directed by the departmental officers complete complying with standard specifications.

Back filling with Good gritty gravel behind the Abutment & inbetween the wings including all labour charges etc., complete

Provision for Expansion joint inbetween the dirt wall & Deck in Abutment and inbetween deck in Pier in standard specification

Providing and laying Kraft paper barring between deck slab and bed block to the full width of seating

Maintenance Towards the charges for routline maintenance of the road work executed under MGSMT including dressing of berms by refilling the gully with the earth from borrow pits, cleaning of wild seasonal growth on berms, destilting of side drains and CD works, white washing guard stones, painting of KM, HM stones, parapets, cutting of branches of trees, refixing displaced guard stones, caution boards, speed limit boards etc., with the periodicity for the above activities as prescribed in IRC-SP-20:2002 and as directed by the departmental officers except for the constructional defects which has to be rectified by the contractor at his own cost
