REPAIRS TO CHAIR CB STEEL WITH/WITHOUT ARMS FD-75(M) :- Taking out unserviceable seats bottom from steel chair with & without Arms and Supply and Fix 32mm thick Ist class HW seasoned sheesham wood seat as per existing size and shape fixed with suitable bolts, nuts and washer including polishing and recanning with polythene white cane half round as per IS-5378 -1968 1.2 to 2mm wide and 0.3mm thick for seats and 3 to 3.2mm wide & 0.4mm thick border including supply of cane complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

Ditto all as per item No 1.00 above but steel chair seat back

Taking out unserviceable arms rest from steel chair with arms and supply and fixing chair arms rest with suitable bolts, nuts and washer complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

Replacement of old wornout rubber shoe black 20mm dia with new rubber shoe and fix it at bottom leg of steel chair complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

Replacement of old wornout but shoe black 20mm dia with new but rubber cap black and fix it at top of steel chair complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

Preparation of surface of steel pipe by scrubbing and removal of faded paint of chair CB steel and re-paint of chair CB Steel with/without Arms by applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint with smooth finishing complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

REPAIRS TO CHAIR WRITING MAP :- FD/MAP/E6/12 : Removal of unserviceable tapestry and cushion of bottom seat frame and replacement with new bottom frame complete and PVC liping all around as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : - Cloth of tapestry should not be less than Rs 250/-

All as per item No 2.00 here-in-before but back frame

Removal of old unserviceable hand rest of chair writing MAP and Supply and Fix new hand rest one piece made of black integral skin, reinforced with MS insert it. Hand rest have slope towards front, complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in charge

Removal of old unserviceable leg frame and Supply and Fix new leg frame of cantilever type MS tubular frame of size 25mm x 10mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in charge

Removal of old back MS plate and Supply and Fix new MS plate 6mm unserviceable for better contour lumber support of size 2' feet long, 50mm thick in width ,complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in charge

Taking down old unserviceable Rubber stopper and Supply and Fix new Rubber stopper at the bottom of leg ,complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in charge

Preparation of surface of Chair writing MAP by scrubbing and removal of old worn-out paint and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint to chair writing steel MAP complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge .

REPAIRS TO CHAIR COMPUTER/CHAIR REVOLVING :- FD/E6/MAP/01: Removal of old unserviceable tapestry of bottom seat frame and Supply and Fix new tapestry of seat frame approved by Engr-in-charge with PVC liping all round complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in charge. Note- Cost of tapestry shall not be less than Rs 250/-

Removal of old unserviceable hand rest of chair computer and Supply and Fix new hand rest one piece made of black integral skin, reinforced with MS insert it complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in charge

Removal of old unserviceable hydraulic cylinder assembly and Supply and Fix new Hydraulic cylinder assembly complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in charge

Taking down old unserviceable twin wheel coasters and Supply and Fix new twin wheel coasters press fitted at the bottom of leg , complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in charge

REPAIRS TO GI PIPE CHARPOY WITH PLY TOP FD-220 :- Removal of old unserviceable long rail and replacement of new long rail 32 mm dia with threading on both end in replacement of unserviceable Elbow galvanized iron 32 mm dia 3 ways complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in charge. Note : weight of each elbow shall not be less than 450 grams

Removal of old unserviceable long rail and replacement of new long rail 32 mm dia with threading on both end in replacement of unserviceable check nut galvanized iron 32 mm dia, complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in charge. Note :- weight of each check nut shall not be less than 125 grams

Removal of old unserviceable long rail and replacement of new long rail 32 mm dia with threading on both end in replacement of long rail of 32 mm dia galvanized iron pipe medium grade incl cutting threading at both ends complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in charge

Fixing only in repairs short rail of 32 mm dia GI pipe medium grade incl cutting, threading as required for short rail of GI Charpoy complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in charge. Note :- short rail shall be converted from long rail retrieved vide item No 4.00 here-in-before

Fixing only in repairs legs of 32 mm dia GI Pipe medium grade cutting, threading at one end as required for legs as per existing size incl Supply and Fix 1.6 mm thick, 40 mm dia MS Sheet base plate welded on another end complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in charge. Note :- Legs shall be converted from pipe retrieved vide item No 4.00 above.

REPAIR TO CHAIR VERANDAH/CHAIR VERANDAH MAP :- Supply and Fix in repair of chair verandah legs with arm rest of 19mm dia MS conduit 1.5mm thick incl one coat of red oxide primer as per existing shape and size as shown on drawing complete all as specified and directed by Engr - in -charge.

Ditto all as per item No 5.00 above but Seat frame of 19mm dia MS conduit 1.6mm thick incl one coat of red oxide primer

RE-CANNING/RE-WEAVING TO CHAIR VERANDAH/CHAIR FOLDING ALUMINIUM ;- FD/MAP/II/12 :- Taking out old unserviceable cane from chair verandah and recanning seat and back with new 4 mm wide half round white plastic cane of superior quality incl painting with two coat of white synthetic enamel paint and preparing of old steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-charge and shown on drg. .

Removing of unserviceable existing plastic tube cane and weaving of chair verandah folding aluminium with and including new plastic tube cane 8 mm, weight not less than 1.30 Kgs complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-charge and shown on drg.

REPAIR TO LOCKERS :- FD-257/1029 : Removing old broken/unserviceable conduit pipe and Supply and Fix new conduit pipe size 20mm dia and 1.6 mm thick with appropriate bracket of steel made to shape as shown on drawing and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Removing old de-shaped/broken steel shelf and Supply and Fix new MS steel shelf of 1 mm thick MS sheet and fixing it in proper functional position on original shape by using suitable rivets and fixing cleats by providing two coats of Olive Green paint over a coat of primer all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Removing of old broken/unserviceable existing hasp & staples of locker steel and Supply and Fix new Hasp & staples of size 75 x 30 x 2 mm shape all as shown on drawing and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Removing old broken/unserviceable existing handle of locker steel and Supply and Fix new handle mild steel chromium plated, make Godrej, made to shape, all as shown on drawing and directed by Engr-in-charge

Removing old unserviceable legs of locker steel and Supply and Fix new legs made out of 1 mm thick MS sheet made to shape and providing two coat of Olive Green paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as shown on drawing and directed by Eng-in-charge

REPAIR TO RACK STEEL :- KF-30, FD-243/1032 :- Removing/dismantling existing racks steel of size 2000mm x 850mm x 600mm and replacing existing corroded slotted angle iron frame of size 40 x 60 x 3mm thick and refixing the racks on its original position, and with and including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide Zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as shown on drawings and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- MS sheet corner plate and nuts bolts required for re fixing shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this schedule

Removing of old unserviceable drawer and Supply and Fix of new drawer made of 22 gauge MS sheet with coat of red oxide primer including preparation of new steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

Taking down old unserviceable long rail table office clerk / typist and Supply and Fix new long rail with 25 x 25 mm square tube made of 16 gauge PBI sheet fixed by gas welding incl painting with a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of new steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.
