Demolishing R.C.C work manually / by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-incharge.

Demolishing cement concrete manually / by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead - nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Demolishing cement concrete manually / by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. - Nominal concrete 1:4:8 or leaner mix (including equivalent design mix)

Earthwork in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed , within a lead of 50m - all kinds of soil

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - all work upto plith level - 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 fine aggregate : 10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size)

Centring and shuttering including strutting , propping etc. and removal of form work for - foundations, footings, bases for columns

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - all work upto plith level - 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 fine aggregate : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

12 mm cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine aggregate)

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 fine aggregate : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc .complete - 40mm thick with 20mm nominal size stone aggregate

Disposal of debries including loading, unloading and conveyance to low lying areas within 2km lead as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing , hoisting and fixing above plinth level upto floor five level precast reinforced cement concrete work in string courses, bands, copings, bed plates, anchor blocks, plainwindow sills and the like, including the cost of required centering, shuttering but excluding cost of reinforcement , with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 fine aggregate : 3 graded stone

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C.work including straightening ,cutting , bending , placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level - Thermo -Mechanically treated bars Fe - 500D or more

Steel work welded in built up sections / framed work ,including cutting,hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as equired - in gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets,gates and similar works
