Repairing of stabilizer of 4KVA/5KVA capacity including rewiring of Transformer including major/minor spare parts complete all as directed.

Taking out unserviceable 1 Pole contactor from the split type AC and replacing the same with new contactor suitable for 240V, 50Hz coil complete all as directed.

Taking out unserviceable 2 Pole contactor from the split type AC and replacing the same with new contactor suitable for 240V, 50Hz coil complete all as directed.

S&F in repairs drain pipe for rectifying water leakage from AC units complete all as directed.

S&F Brass Valves (set of 2 Nos) suitable for split type AC of capacity 1.5/2TR as per existing type including necessary brazing and sealing the leakage, Leak testing , charging the Refrigerant gas up to required pressure including taking down the unserviceable brass valves complete all as directed. Note :- Gas charging will be measured and paid under relevant item of this schedule.

S&F in repairs wall mounting brackets made out of mild steel (set of 02Nos) coated with anti corrosive paint suitable for mounting outdoor unit of Split AC up to 2.0 TR capacity including all provisions and making good to disturbed surface of wall complete all as directed.
