(PERIODICAL SERVICES - B/R PORTION) Note : i) The scope of work also covers for providing external finishes to high rise Bldgs upto 25 m height. Cost of necessary safety precautions / Insurance, scaffolding charges, as per Govt Norms / Labour Acts and any other connected expenses required for carrying out works shall be included by the contractor and nothing extra will be admissible at later stages. ii) Height of Bldgs where external finishes are to be provided are indicated against respective items. NOTE:- Contractor has to execute the work of de-generated plant/weeds as per the prior approval and directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down existing security light fitting, Supply and fix 35 W, LED security light fittings with lamp 35 W with high lumen output, environmental friendly, energy efficient LED, with pressure die cast housing with toughened glass and high power LEDs with secondary optics, with lamps and accessories, IP 66 protection, system electrical efficiency > 85%, system efficacy > 110 IP/W, 10 KV SPD, operating voltage between 140 - 270 V, AC, 50 Hz, TDH, 10%, power factor ≥ 0.95, surge protection 2.5 kV, colour temperature 5700 K, CRI > 80, integral drivers, connecting to loop boxes electrically, light fitting conforming to Cat No BREP 25 W LED WH of Bajaj or techno commercially equivalent approved model complete with all accessories and lamp complete all specified and as directed.

Taking down existing brackets, providing Material and labour, for bracket made of Galvanized iron pipe 25 mm dia, light grade, bend to shape not less than 1.2 metre with 2 Nos of MS clamps fabricated out of MS Flats of size 25 x 6 mm, bolts , nuts of suitable size for fixing street light fittings, including 2 coats of aluminium paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs, sheet metal enclosure, SPN, with metal plug and socket, 20 Amps, 240 Volts, complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting chases, pinning in. making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc.; and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring, etc., and making good, cutting not exceeding 10 cm girth, all as specified and as directed.

Demolishing of existing earth pits, and providing Material and labour for, earthing complete with Galvanized Iron earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm buried directly in ground vertically in pit of depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level surrounded from all sides with mixture of charcoal and common salt in alternate layers and electrode connected to galvanized earth lead wire of 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers, earth wire protected by galvanized steel pipe 15 mm bore (light grade) connected to machinery/ equipment all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR-2009 Part I and including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, 40 mm bore light grade GI pipe for watering funnel wire mesh, PCC chamber in CC (1:3:6), type C1 , manhole cover with RCC (1:2:4), type B1, reinforced with 6 mm dia MS round bars @ 15 cm c/c both ways for cover and MS frame etc., complete all as specified and as directed NOTE :- Earth pit shall be constructed at least 0.5 metre away from each earth chamber.
