Earth work in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil excavation to be in the from of regular pits not exceeding 0.50M. in depth and earth work in embankemnt to be in 20cm. layers including remmeing and dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and also including 1.50M lift and 30M. lead. The earth from cutting to be used in making embankment or to be deposited as spoil banks with in 30M. distances as directed by the Engineer incharge. Excluding Royality. DSR 2023/2.3.1

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material conforming to specifications, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site, for all leads & lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineerin-Charge. With material conforming to Grade-I (size range 75 mm to 0.075 mm) having CBR Value-30 (GDA SANCTIONED RATE)

M-150 class brick work in 1:4 cement coarse sand mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of material, labour, T and P etc complete (DSR/23 6.1.1)

Concrete with 20mm gauge stone grit, C sand, cement in 1:2:4 proporation in foundation of material, labour, T and P etc complete(DSE/23 4.1.3)

Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50 mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand. complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 16.91.1 60 mm thick cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern.(DSR/23 16.91.2)

Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run bitumen of grade VG - 10, including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler, cleaning and preparing the existing road surface as per specifications : (GDA SANCTIONED RATE)

Providing and laying Dence graded bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type Hot Mix Plant producing an avrege output of 75 MT per hour using crushed agregated of specified grading-1 premixed with 60/70 (VG-30 bitumenous @4.25 % by weight of total mix and filler @2 % by weight of total mix , transporting the hot mix material to work site laying with a hydrostatic Paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade,level and alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory (8-100 roller for initial brake down rolling ,finish rolling by smooth wheeled tondom roller (8-10tonnes) to achieve the desired compaction and density, complete as per specificatons and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. including supply of all the material labour T&P required for proper completion of work as per clause 507 Grade-II (19mm nomonal size of MORT &H specification sand as per direction of the Engineer-in- charge (AR)

Providing and applying tack coat using bitumen emulsion conforming to IS:8887, using emulsion pressure distributer including preparing the surface & cleaning with mechanical broom. On bituminous surface @ 0.25kg/sqm (GDA SANCTIONED RATE)

Providing and laying Bituminous concrete using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site by tippers, laying with paver finisher equiped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction and density as per specification, complete and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge. 40/50 mm compacted thickness with bitumen of grade VG-30 @ 5.5% (percentage by weight of total mix) and lime filler @ 3% (percentage by weight of Aggregate) prepared in Batch Type Hot Mix Plant of 100-120 TPH capacity. (GDA SANCTIONED RATE)

Providing and applying 2.5 mm thick road marking strips (retro- reflective) of specified shade/ colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/ semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour, T&P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and accordance with applicable specifications.(DSR/23 16.62)

Earthwork in Foundation in+B2764:B2769 ordinary soil (loam, clay or sand) including lift upto 1.50m and lead upto 30m. and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer-in-charge upto a distance of 30m from the foundation trenches.(DSR/23 2.10)

Concrete with 4cm guage stone ballast coarse sand of 2.20 FM and cement in proportion of 8:4:1 including supply of all materials , labour , T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.(DSR/23 4.1.8)

RCC work with cement approved coarse sand and 2cm (3/4")gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarsesand : 3 stonegrit) in RAFT excluding necessary centering & shuttering excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 BWG binding wire.((DSR/23 4.1.8)

RCC work with cement approved coarse sand and 2cm (3/4")gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarsesand : 3 stonegrit) in wall excluding necessary centering & shuttering excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 BWG binding wire.(DSR/23 5.1.2)

RCC work with cement approved coarse sand and 2cm (3/4")gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarsesand : 3 stonegrit) in slab including necessary centering & shuttering excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 BWG binding wire(DSR/23 5.2.2)

Mild steel (Tor steel or plain) in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work (when not included in an overall rates) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of steel its wastage band overlapping and including cost of binding wire.((DSR/23 5.22.1)
