Painting external wall surfaces, etc with exterior emulsion paint with silicon additives of reputed make/brand and of approved colour/shade having weather guard/weatherproof, anti-fungal/ Anti-Angal properties and of approved colours/shades applied in two or more coats including scrubbing and cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust filling cracks with Crack filler curing necessary scaffolding, painting bays band, chajjas, grooves, etc. complete as directed. All tools, plants, labour materials, etc. complete. ( Note : The bidder has to produce the paint including application of paint samples in advance for approval before commencement of the work . The rate does not include the cost of application of external wall primer).

Deploying of crane of minimum 15T capacity with experienced operator, fuel, lubricant on call basis along with proper sling, belts, ropes, etc. for holding , lifting, lowering, loading, unloading of items as directed. (The contractor shall deploy crane in good condition for a min. period of 4hrs. Day on call basis. The Contractor or his authorised supervisor must be present at site during operation of the crane)

Extra for attachment of man carry basket for Hydra crane on call basis. (Note: The contractor shall attach good quality man carry basket at site The man carry basket should have capacity of holding/carrying minimum 2 (two) persons along with tools, plants/equipments/machine. The Contractor or his authorised supervisor must be present at site during operation of the crane with man carry basket.)

Supply of Tree prunning / chain saw machine- 22 inch petrol operated including fuel and oil etc and 01 operator and 01 helper for 8 hours a day including replacement of worn out chain (used for cutting trees) on call basis etc. including cutting of logs in 1mtr size and stacking neatly in place as directed. RCC (1:2:4) mix using 20mm graded trap stone metal for 08-10cm thick precast slabs including shuttering mixing concrete, placing, levelling, consolidating, curing, finishing with C.M. Providing and fixing reinforcement with Torsteel conforming to IS:1786 or equivalent including cutting, bending, tying grills, placing in position, holding in position during concreting etc. including cost of binding wire. All labour & material etc. complete.

Supplying & fixing galvalume sheets of 0.45mm thick of Tata/Jindal make or any other equivalent make in roofing including drilling holes with necessary self drilling screws/ providing J- hooks, G.I and bitumen washer etc. as per site directions. All tools, plants, labour and material, etc. complete.
