Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of Outdoor Cast Resin Oil 1 Type11KV/433V 500 KVA transformer, (BIS Level-1 as per Amendment 4 ) 3Phase,50Hz, Dyn11, copper wound, Class A insulation associated with winding temperature indicator / controller, having cable termination on the HV & LV sidesand all accessories and conforming to IS 2026 part 11. Technical specification as per technical specification attached in tender document.
Construction of 4 pole structure by supply, erection, fixing of the following GI channel and angle clamp with pole by 50 x 5mm GI flat with 50 x 16 mm diameter bolt and nut including making of hole by drill as per requirement with anti climbing device shall be provided by GI Barbed wire along with 33 KV danger board of size 8 x6 showing the voltage grade ,skull symbol etc. (i)GI 2 Channel(100 x 50 x 50 x 6 x2200)mm=4 nos. conductor bracket (ii) GI Angle50x50x6x2200mm=8 nos.bracing (iii) GI Channel (75 x40 x 40 x 6 x 2200mm=2 nos.guard wire (iv) GI Angle50x50x6x3200mm=8 nos.cross bracing. Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of pipe earthing set comprising 80 mm dia medium gauge G.I. pipe electrode, 4.0 m long, conforming to relevant IS specifications, complete in all respects.The electrode shall be installed vertically in excavated earth pit of suitable dimensions. The earth pit shall be constructed with brick masonry chamber and provided with CI/GI cover and frame.The earthing electrode shall be connected with 25 x 3 mm G.I. strip as earth lead, 53 securely fastened with GI nuts, bolts, washers and clamps. Proper anti-corrosion treatment shall be applied at all joints.The earth pit shall be filled with alternate layers of charcoal/coke and salt around the electrode, properly compacted and watered to achieve low earth resistance.The work includes excavation, lowering of electrode, strip laying, backfilling, watering arrangement, testing of earth resistance using approved earth tester, and achieving earth resistance value as per IE Rules/IS 3043 requirements.Complete installation shall be carried out as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge at site.

All materials, labour, consumables and minor items required for proper installation and satisfactory operation shall be included in the quoted rate. The work shall be executed strictly as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge at site.
